Tonight were having honey Dijon chicken breasts with rice and something green. Probably steamed broccoli. Yogurt for dessert.

Sunday we had pot roast in the crock pot with carrots and white rice.
Monday we had pork chunks, masitas de puero in Spanish, with mofongo (fried green plantains smashed with garlic and a bit of chiÁken broth) and a tomato salad.
Today is leftovers from the last two days because my husband works late and won't be home for dinner so I don't need to cook lol

We used ours on Saturday! Added in wings and had a whole meal for just under $10!

The big hit last week were stuffed shells with sausage

http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/f...ipe/index.html

I am trying to get back into the weekly planning I was good last week- not so much this week.

So last week we had
Roast chicken with baked potatoes and roasted veggies
The stuffed shells with salad
pork chops with chorizo mac and cheese
chicken cutlets with rice and broccoli
homemade pizza- including a chorizo one with montego *maybe not called that? cheese that I had to use up.

This week- ugh

Last night was more homemade pizza
Tonight I am thinking chicken and scallions and potato one pan meal(teriyaki style)
Thursday-- Braised short ribs with celery root mash
Friday- fish tacos and rice
Saturday probably the stuffed shells again
Sunday- ??? Maybe another roast chicken? Not sure...... looking for inspiration here.
