Single Digits!!
It's hard to believe in 9 days we will be married!!
It has been a pretty busy month for us. At the end of October, we went to DC to do some house hunting...signed a lease on the townhouse I've been admiring online for months now! I was getting nervous leading up to our visit because when I contacted the owner, there was a pending application on the home. The person needed more time to decide though and we were ready to sign immediately!   More pictures here - http://s802.photobucket.com/albums/y...C%20Townhouse/ We then traveled to the other side of VA to visit Thomas' family and attend his 10-year high school reunion. After church, they had a gift card shower for us, which was nice.  Thomas' last day on the ship was today...so now he'll be stuck at home getting everything organized and ready to pack! His bachelor party is this Sunday...so I'll have a friend come hang out so I'm not bored all evening. Tuesday he will head down to Disney and the craziness begins!! My bachelorette party is Thursday...Friday, rehearsal...Saturday, wedding!! The only hiccup we might have is that the ship goes on a mini-underway this week...taking with it one of Thomas' groomsman and many of his friends. They are SUPPOSED to be back Friday morning...but may get delayed until Sunday. Not really sure about a back-up plan for that at this point...but, we don't necessary need one.

So much has happened since our wedding day! We got married 11/17...Wednesday, 11/21 the movers came and took all of our belongings...we lived with my parents for two nights, spending Thanksgiving with them. Then Black Friday, after a bit of shopping, we headed north for our new home in Maryland. Pretty crazy to leave a job, get married, and move 700+ miles away in one week...but it's doable! Thomas has reported to his new office in DC and I'm still looking for a job. A little nerve wracking, but I'm sure something will come up soon!
