WDW Characters in the Parks?

My family and I are going to WDW in late August. Does anyone know who the current characters are that are out in the parks? What about the character meals? Does any one know of any changes from who is there now, before the end of August? Any help would be great, as I am trying to put together a homemade photo autograph book for my 5 year old daughter.

wdwent.com (excellent resource!) gives you the set schedules, but doesn't tell you exactly who to expect.

Check the character finder in my sig to help locate any WDW character.

Mickey, Minnie, Cinderella, Aurora, Belle, Ariel, Jasmine, Aladdin, Donald Duck, Jessie, Woody, Buzz, Stitch, Chip 'n' Dale, Mary Poppins, Pinocchio, Peter Pan, Step Family, Fairy Godmother, Alice, White Rabbit, Daisy, Pluto, Snow White. Maybe the Red Queen and Goofy somewhere.

Epcot:
Daisy, Stitch, Mickey, Pluto, Goofy, Minnie, Donald, Tinkerbell (although she should be back in MK by the time you go), Pooh and Tigger, Marie (from Aristocats), Aurora, Belle, the Beast, Jasmine, Aladdin, Snow White, Mulan, Donald in Mexico, Chip 'n' Dale. I feel like I'm forgetting someone here.

DHS:
Donald and Daisy (together), Pluto, Goofy, Minnie, Chip 'n' Dale, Buzz and Woody, Phineas and Ferb, Lightning McQueen and Towmater, some of the Pooh characters near the hat, Stitch; in the Animator's Studio, Mickey as the Sorcerer, the Incredibles, Pooh.

AK:
Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Daisy, Lilo, Stitch, Chip 'n' Dale, Miss Bunny, Thumper, Brer Bear, Miko and Pocahantas, Pooh and Friends, King Louis, Baloo, and I think there are some characters at Rafiki's Planet Watch but we've never gone out there.
