A Whole New WDWorld: NEW 8/9, Crystal Palace!
Hello and welcome to my trip report!
This trip report is from a trip that took place in late February/early March of this year. Why the large delay, you ask? Well, we have had quite some excitement in our lives of late. In late May, we packed our bags and moved from Chicago to Switzerland! From the minute we returned from the Disney trip, I felt like we were moving at full speed at all times to get ready for the big move. Now that we are here and settled, I’m finally ready to share our wonderful trip. If you have been waiting for me to start this, thank you for being patient with me! I will try to make it worth the wait. And if you’re new to my TR all together, I’m glad to have you along for the ride! You’ll get some bonus TRs thrown in here and there as we do a lot of traveling here in Europe and I would love to share our adventures with you! Now, on with the show! I’ll start by introducing the cast. First, there’s me, Julie. I’m a 31 year-old stay-at-home mom to my gorgeous 14 month-old daughter, Claire. I, of course, love Disney World and I love to go there as much as my husband will agree to it! Then there’s Claire. What can I say about her? In my eyes, she’s beautiful, perfect, smart, funny, adorable, and the list goes on... This was Claire’s first trip to Disney World. She was 11 months old at the time. Here we are in our new hometown in Switzerland:  And lastly, there’s my mom. She is a wonderful mother to me and an amazing grandmother to Claire. My mom also loves Disney World and would like to go much more than she actually does. Here's Mom:  Where are my husband and my dad, you ask? Well, they sat this one out. My husband is not a Disney lover. He says that he would much rather do vacations to many different places rather than go back to the same place every year. I do wish he liked Disney more than he does, but as long as he is okay with me going, I can’t complain too much! So that’s us, a trio comprised of three generations of Disney lovers. Well, one member of the trio is a Disney lover in the making, but she’ll be there soon enough! Thanks for joining me for my trip report. I hope you’ll enjoy it! Next up: Getting there!

Your trip is so so so so close! I'm very excited for you. And a bit jealous! My mom is coming to visit in September. She'll be here for 3 weeks, one of which will be spent on a beach vacation.  Then, Claire and I will fly back "home" with her and we'll spend a few weeks there.
