The Magic, The Memories and You
Has anyone seen the Magic, Memories and You show. I heard it starts about 20 minutes before wishes... is this true? I was hoping we could grab spot and see both shows. Is it worth seeing? Looks cool on YouTube, but maybe not as great in person? Any recommendations?

This was one of the highlights of our trip. We thought it was amazing and words cannot describe it - nor can any youtube video.
Just try to get there early to get a spot near the courtyard in front of the castle. Be prepared for large crowds. It's a short show and ends a few minutes before wishes, so just stick around for Wishes. Don't miss it!!

I just saw it a couple weeks ago and it was amazing. I still can't believe it was projections it looked so real! Definitely worth seeing.
It was at 9:45. I actually just stayed in the same spot on the sidewalk at the end of main street near the hub from 7:30 - the end of Wishes. That way I watched the parade at 9:00, the memories show at 9:45 and the fireworks at 10:00. You could wait till after the parade to find a spot in front of the castle if you want to skip the parade. They open up the street after the parade for people to stand in. But I kind of liked camping out in the same spot all night.

The issue is that a good spot to see TMTMaY(is their an "official" abbreviation for this yet?), right if front of the castle, is a terrible spot to see Wishes.
We knew we were going to be at the MK for two nights that wishes was playing. So we knew the spot right in front of the castle was terrible for Wishes but was not sure for TMTMaY. That spot was perfect because you could really see the subtle things that they project. As for wishes we saw very little of the high fireworks. Also a great spot to see MSEP. Here is the spot, we were 4 feet away from the curb right at the top of the hub. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IsUBaahDJgs

The angle is not that good from the dessert party - we watched it from there but couldn't really see the pictures to be able to tell if any of them were of us. The it's a small world and Buzz effects are fine from that angle, but not the pictures. Has anyone ever seen a picture of their family? I never got a good enough view to see details of the pictures. To think - my dd might have been one of the pictures, but I never even knew it.

It is amazing! The effects are incredible. We've never been in a good position to be able to really see the pictures, I think you have to be very close to see them properly, but that's not an issue unless you are looking for your own picture.

We saw it from the Wishes Dessert Party and it was a perfect view. I could see the pictures but just fine. I wouldn't be able to make them out anyways anywhere because they go by so fast. We were all the way to the left at the Dessert Party so that might have been the difference.
