Maybe you get could 2 days at the THV and I could book two days adjacent to you and we could all stay there for four nights. DW already said no because she thinks I'm crazy to think of such an idea.

How could she not see the brilliance in that idea? The DDs would love the bunkbeds and then there's plenty of rooms for 4 days!!!! And half the points!!!! I guess it's a guy thing

That's what I thought. The dds would have fun. The fridge would hold plenty of beer.

Your lucky DW will not even think of staying at THV, she doesnt see the point. i would love to stay there. just for the quit veiw of the cannel and the sucusion in the trees.

She thinks we're all crazy. Dis dad thread, meets, conventions, FB, pub are just proof of all the insanity. Anyway, what I think we may do if the Fall Break week is scheduled a week early, is to cancel Spring Break vacation week at BWV during Easter and do a 1 BR at BLT Tuesday thru Sunday, checkout Sunday morning and drive to Port Canaveral for cruise til Thursday.

sounds like a fun trip. I know we want to cruise but not sure when it will happen.

We've grown out of studios, but if you asked me this question a few years ago, I would have said studio. 2 trips = 2 trips. A year between trips is just too painful..

Two trips is nice, but it is costly. It's the budget time and I'm looking how I can save more money. I can convince DW to spend less or I can sell a DVC contract and take one less trip. One is possible. One is pure fantasy.

I def see what your saying. After the DL trip, it'll technically be almost 3 trips in a full year, even with the dvc purchase, it'll prob scale back to one trip a year and make them a week long instead of these long weekend trips due to travel cost

Question about room layouts.

For race weekend, I was in a 1BR at OKW. That had the master, queen sofa pullout, and a sleeper chair. Are 1BRs in BWV, BCV and WLV set up the same way. The 1BR at OKW says it sleeps 4 but 5 could easily be comfortable there (I know the square footage there is the largest). I'm wondering if I could get away with a 1BR at those resorts for my family of 5. Would Disney allow that? When I checked in a few weeks ago, they never asked me how many were in the room.
