There are a ton of us Texans that are SO excited for this sailing!!! We are booked on Deck 5, and can NOT wait! I moved my Thanksgiving Fantasy sailing to this one...I LOVE the Magic, and I will be so thankful to be saving on airfare!

We live in Northwest Arkansas and will be making a 10 hour drive to Galveston for the cruise. The drive isn't a big deal for us though because we are use to driving 9 hours to my sister's house in Round Rock, Texas.

My family will be on the Thanksgiving Magic cruise. Yippee!! I'm so excited that I will be able to drive less than an hour to get to the port.

This will be the very first cruise for us. It will be me, DH, and our two children. DS will be 7 years old and DD will be 3 years old at the time we cruise. We are booked in a Cat 5A.

Hey. We still love you! You don't have to be from Texas. Arkansas is such a beautiful state. I bet several come from there on this sailing... And I imagine Oklahoma too. But it is unique and exciting that 'ol Mickey' is sailing from Texas!

Hubby and I will be there too! It is hard to wrap my mind around the date, Nov. 2012. I keep thinking it is 2011. However I have Spring Break 2012 and June 2012 cruises booked on The Dream. I booked them when the first bookings were available. Can't believe I will be cruising 3 times in 2012 whoo hoo Once with adult daughter and twice with Hubby! I've been pulling for a Disney Ship out of Galveston since I first heard the rumor! So Happy! The Galveston cruise should be my first as a Gold Castaway Club member. Hopefully Galveston will add some cruises that are not 7 nights and during the school year so I can cruise out of Galveston more often.

Welcome! My DS will also be 7 years old! I'll also have my sweet DD who will be 12. Our first ever Disney cruise was actually when she was 3 (like your DD) Oh how the years fly by. That is a big reason I think vacations and time together as a family are so precious.
