Hello,

My dad was in the service for 42 years and I was going to follow in his footsteps. It was 1966 and Viet Nam was hot and heavy so I went to a Military College and enlisted in ROTC and the Army. When I graduated I was supposed to be able to go into the Army as a 2nd Lt.

When I got home the nearest active reserve center for my talent was too far away and they sent me my honorable discharge papers. Soooooo.... I was only active duty for 2 training cycles although I was in the reserve for 2 years.

Can I get some sort of card for base use?

Do you think that I have any benefits coming at all? Thanks for you help, Happy holidays and Warmest regards,
