If you have a panic attack when someone says that they are just going to wing it at WDW...you might be a DIS'er
If you have an excel spreadsheet listing all travel/resort information, park schedules, parade/fireworks times, ADR's for every day...you might be a DIS'er If you keep moving your family along while constantly saying "You can look at that AFTER we ride TSM...you might be a DIS'er If within the first two minutes of Tangled, your DD whispers into your ear "Look her pendant is a hidden Mickey!"...then you are raising a future DIS'er!!!

If you are addicted to "food porn", you might be a Dis'er.
If your cell phone's ring tone is the "Fantasmic!" music, you might be a Dis'er. If, in the process of planning your trip, you change your resort, ADR's, dining plans, etc. at least once a week, you might be a Dis'er!

If you have spent more hours planning your vacation than actual hours that will be spent on vacation, you might be a dis-er.
If you plan Disney vacations for folks you barely know, you might be a Dis-er, especially if those folks respond with "Wow, you're a Disney-holic." If you can answer this question "Honey, what will we be doing 3 months from today?" with "Breakfast at CRT at 8:05 followed by Dumbo, checking Peter Pan and Winnie the Pooh for FP vs standby.....", you might be a Dis-er. If Unofficial Guide, PassPorter, Birnbaums, etc. just don't do it for you anymore because you know more than they do, you might be a Dis-er. If you change your hotel ressies, ADRs, trip dates, touring plans, multiple times based on trip reports of complete strangers, you might be a Dis-er. If your family understands that they will be waking at 6am because RD is too precious to miss, you might be a Dis-er. BONUS: If you have sewn a custom-made Disney themed dress for your daughter for each day of your trip, plus coordinating shirts and tees for other family members, you might be a Disboutiquer.

If friends and family (grown brothers/ parents etc) roll their eyes when you mention you're going to Disney (again!) you might be a DISer. Bonus points if said siblings say sarcastically "there are OTHER places to go!"

If you have ever drug your spouse out of bed at 5:30 in the morning on a Saturday with instructions that they can't go back to sleep until the have secured an adr for LeCellier for 180 days from now while you secure the one for CRT you might be a Diser.

I have trouble with this in my everyday life--not just at the parks. When I go to talk about my daughter or my husband, it's hard not to say "My DD" or "My DH." Ditto for the ADRs. Always have to translate that to reservations as well as the hotel acronyms--especially now that the in-laws have DVC (which we had to translate for them) and we're starting to stay at so many different resorts. Do you know how hard it is to say, "Saratoga Springs" or "Bay Lake Tower?" Sheesh. I think I'm a DIS-er.

If you have a planning binder with rstaurant menus, park maps, hours, spreadsheets, touring plans, ADRs, etc. you might be a dis-er!

If every conversation you have with people always ends up relating to Disney.
If you cringe at the the thought of Brazillian tour groups. If you quote Robo as gospel. |

and let's not forget: if you have an entire wardrobe of clothes only suitable for Disney--clothes you wouldn't be caught dead in anywhere else, and they're already packed away in a special suitcase (for that unexpected quick trip), you're definitely a seasoned DIS'er.

If your vacation needs multiple "strategies" then you might be a DISer!

This is such a great thread! Loving it!
If you go the the Disney vacation planning site and "pretend" to book a vacation and stop before it is final to try to get a pin emailed/mailed to you, you might be a DIS-er!
