Gluten free cornbread
Just got home from our first trip to WDW since being diagnosed with celiac. Anyone know where I can get the recipe for the gluten-free cornbread served at the Hoop-dee-Doo Revue? It was amazing!

You may also enjoy this recipe from King Arthur Flour. We use it a lot. It's good with sausage mixed in as well... and cheese... and any other erm... healthy additions.
