How long to cook 6 lbs of boneless pork country ribs?
I just put them in at 6:15, and subsequently realized it would probably be hours before they are done
. How long do they need to cook? I have them baking in the oven at 395 in a pan covered in foil.

Well, I would have cooked them for about 4 hours at 225 degrees, give or take....

I have no experience, but I've always heard ribs were to be cooked at lower temps for longer periods(what Deuce said). I'm thinking at 395 they'll cook, but they won't be tender. But what do I know?

And if they were to get done too early, here is what I do... I wrap them in foil. Then I wrap the foil in towels, and put them in a cooler chest ... they will be good that way for a few hours.

but these aren't like ribs. they are more like big long boneless chunks of pork. cook like a thick pork chop

I don't need it.... have cooked them many times. If it is pork, I have cooked it, probably at least 25 times.

I just did this, this past weekend. Took 4 lbs of boneless ribs, marinated them overnight in BBQ sauce....in the a.m. I threw them in my crockpot and let them cook all day long on low. 5pm they were AMAZING!!!!
