Happy Birthday to all the fellow Libra's on this thread. I won't be in Disney until the week after my birthday; however, I know good things come to those who wait.

I am a chocoholic, so I will more than likely get that trio of chocolate. Last year I was all about the chocolate souffle, though. Loved the Gollum reference. I have a feeling some of us are going to be talking like Gollum next week.

Another wonderful review with amazing pictures. How do you get to tour the kitchen? Is it for everyone or do you always ask? I would love to do this as well. We have the late seating and I'm not sure if we will be able to after our dinner as they will be breaking everything down when we finish our meal.

Regular dining room. I know, for sure, that Night #1 and Night #4 followed the regular menu.

Will have to get caught up on your reviews.

Did you get the chocolate? Did you do a review? Is it part of the link in your signature?

Actually, I am not sure HOW I got a kitchen tour. The first time, I think they just assumed that anyone taking pictures of food might want to meet the chef and see the kitchen (they were right). I would ask Chris or Israel on the way in - or your server during dinner if it would be possible. My guess is that they are happy to oblige.
