I make a "loaded" baked potato sald. Start with any standard potato salad (including sotr bought) and add crumbled bacon, shredded chedder/colby cheese and any other ingredient that you might put on a loaded baked potato. My family loves it!

Diced potatoes, chopped hard boiled eggs, diced dill pickles (homemade is the best), chopped onion is optional (I like it best with onions, but most of my immediate family are not onion lovers)

Dressing:

Miracle Whip, some mustard, some pickle juice, some milk to thin it a bit, paprika, salt and pepper

I make a lot so I have some leftovers.

My mother's was just like this except she used the candied dill pickles instead of regular dill. The second day is always best!

I also add cooked green beans and sometimes dill.
