cute shoes!! Good idea about dying them after the wedding...I'm currently trying to figure out the shoe situation because I don't wanna spend money on shoes I'm never going to wear again!
Your aunt is so nice! You must be so excited to get a honeymoon now, congrats!!! I think the cruise sounds fantastic, you can't beat only paying $500 for an all inclusive cruise. Go for it!!

Hi, love those shoes! Would you mind sending me the lunch menus for the California Grill? They arent on Magical Kingdoms anymore for some reason. Could you pm them to me? Thanks and enjoying reading your plans!

The shoes are so pretty, and so perfect! They look like wedding shoes, but not like the boring usual wedding shoes!
That is so great that you will be able to take a honeymoon! I am super jealous! (Partly because of your cruise, and partly because you live in Florida)!! |

Cruises are so easy for us because the port of Miami is a 20 minute drive from my house, so we don't have to pay to park because my mom will pick us up. Cruising is so economical. $700/person and it includes accomodations, meals and transportation? Awesome!

Finally turned in my planning packet
So I've had my planning packet since November. I know, bad bride
![]() I realized that I still had it maybe a week and a half ago. I finally sat down with Danny and picked the songs we want to use and his cake preferences.I had to write a lot of notes for Amy, lol, because Danny doesn't like regular cake fillings, he only eats Red Velvet and cream cheese frosting. I wanted different flowers and here's the kicker... Danny wants to use the Star Wars theme as his entrance music ![]() I find it hilarious and kind of scary, lol. I'm hoping Amy will say it's not available.

Victoria and Albert's ADR
So since our reception will be over by 3 or 4pm I figured we need a nice dinner reservation and we are staying at the GF so why not V&A's?
I called this morning and made my ADR for the latest seating, 9:15pm. Now I just need to find a pretty dress to wear.

Reception Addendum...
Ugh, I'm frustrated! But it's easily fixed so I won't complain.

Floral Appt scheduled, Reception contract in, and menu Q's
So I was emailed by Rosie's assistant to schedule my floral appt. After a few emails back and forth due to attachment issues we finally got pictures sent in of flowers I enjoyed and set a time to call and discuss. Feb. 9th I will be making floral choices.
![]() I finally got my reception contract corrected and mailed in and the deposit has been paid. Last thing I've been thinking about was adding some appetizers to the meal. The meal already has a salad and soup on it but I think I may want to add a sushi tray (since it is Cali Grill, they have AMAZING sushi) and maybe some flatbreads. The sushi I am seriously considering but the flatbreads may not happen because it's too early in the day for them to be made. The menus all state that they have to be done after 4pm and my meal is at 1pm. I'm hoping that this could be overlooked because I would choose flatbreads over sushi any day. What do you think?

that's awesome you'll be deciding on your floral soon. Does Rosie's assistant make the first contact? I was wondering when I needed to start figuring out floral...
Sushi would be such a fun appetizer!!! I think if your guests would enjoy it and it's not too expensive to add it on, it would be a nice addition if it goes with the rest of your menu. I'm a huge fan of sushi - I will have to try it at Cali Grill since the DF and I have that on our ADR for the disneymoon. I'm not too sure about the flat bread but I don't know what it really is I guess. Do they serve it with hummus or a dip? If it's light, that could also work but you probably could just do one or the other.

Ohh that is exciting you have ressies at V&A's!!
Do you know if all of your guests like sushi? I personally do not like it, and I always feel bad when something is offered, or paid for for me, and I won't eat it. I would say if not everyone likes sushi, you should offer flat bread as well. I'm also a huge fan of flat bread! |
