wow a unique day to say the least. My day would not have went forward until i got some sort of apologie from the ticket scanning person. We would have went supervisor hunting real quick. Thats a lot of po'd people by the end of the day. Possibly a lot of non returning customers. That person is hurting the bottom line. I hate people who are in a customer service position and have no idea how to perfom it.
