What fun things are you planning for your kids for your next trip?
We aren't spending a lot of money on this trip. So I'm wondering what fun things I can plan for when we are at the parks, that aren't going to cost a lot of money to put together now.
I'm thinking about doing a picture scavenger hunt and bring some Disney word find and coloring books, but I just need some other ideas.

I stumbled on some little envelopes over on Creative DISigns. I printed & assembled them thinking what can I do with these? I trimmed down a 3x5" card (basically made it 3x4.5") and wrote a little rhyme on each one to go along with items I have prepurchased. Each day my DS & DD will each receive an envelope w/ instructions.
For DD, a Sleeping Beauty sundress... To Epcot you are headed today Breakfast with princesses in Norway You must have something pretty to wear Go to the closet and find it there For DS, a Darth Vader Tshirt... Hollywood Studios is today of course If you are lucky, you will feel the force Hanging in the closet, please go and see and don't forget to shout "pick me" This has cost me pennies & has been a lot of fun. The things I have prepurchased would cost me a lot more in the parks. The anticipation and surprises for my kids are priceless.

We're sending him on the pirate cruise, but not telling him about it until the time comes. We're also highly considering having Mickey visit his room, but I think that might even scare him a bit.
Mostly we're going to almost every character dining, and letting him eat dessert 7 times a day. |
