Wow!1 Those videos were hilarious! I loved Darth Vader and the Storm Troopers. Speaking of storms, what a lotof rain! It looked like that here tonight! The street below us was flooded with muddy water!
Oh I tried to call you last Friday. I was in Hickory and thought msaybe I'd drive the other 1.5 hours with the girls and meet you, but the # I had was not in service. i put it in my phone wrong. But as it turns out if you were only there for 2 days, then maybe it wouldn't have worked anyways. When you go in the fall, maybe we can meet. I want to take the girls to an apple orchard then. We've never been.
We're still coming to the beach some time with my Dad. I just don't know when. I'll let you know. We have to get the kids together and there's just no way I'm gooing to get enough money together to get back to Disney when you guys are there. I'm trying though. I have sold over $300 of stuff this month on ebay, but need over $1,oo before Joe will consider it.

Hi Tammy I have been gone for a month how will I ever catch up? When are you leaving for Disney? We have been away for the summer going to Disney and just doing things in around Fl. We went for fourth of july to disney for eight days. We just went for 3 days july 25 and we drove over for the day at Blizzard Beach. Maybe we will run into you guys.

I left off showing you guys what the signs looked like. I took a couple of shots of the Muppets balloon while waiting on Sidney to rejoin us.

I think I told you guys in the last post the sky fell out at the end of the show. It was pouring rain! We should have ran out of the park but instead we ran into the closest shelter. The restaurant right there beside the stage. BTW that place has a drink station. You can refill your soda there! I think it's only open seasonally though. It's a cute place. Gabby took some pictures of things here and there.







Check this out. It was on the way into the kitchen area...caught our eye though!



Sidney liked this old phone booth. He wanted his picture taken inside.



We stayed in that place forever! The rain got worse! The lightning was horrible! You always think these storms will pass or lighten up a little. This one did not. I had some things in the stroller that could not get "soaked" so Sidney left to go buy a poncho. He was gone FOREVER!!! It must have been an hour. The lightning was getting worse....striking every two seconds. They were closing up the restaurant so I felt stupid just sitting there ALONE! I went out to the bar area but it was so bad we were got wet anyway. By now the water was a good 5-6 inches deep where we were. The kids and I decided we'd make a run for it. They had ponchos so I covered them up and the baby as good as I could. He held the bags and we started swimming our way out. It was pouring so bad I could not see. I am not kidding....my eyes were burning from the rain. I thought the damn stroller was going to float away! I have never in my life seen such a mess! (I live at the beach...I see Hurricanes all the time!) I would walk a few feet then get what cover I could and go again. Finally, a good 30 minutes later we get to the truck!

Another 20 minutes pass and Sidney comes out to the truck. Wouldn't you know it!? We forgot the babies gun! Sidney had to swim back and get it!

On his way back out Sidney comes across a stroller mom being really aggressive trying to get out. Well, she kept hitting this other woman with two older kids...like 7 or 8 years old, with the stroller. The woman told her twice to chill out and back off. (Sidney was right behind them when this was going on...) The mom w/o the stroller says, "This is your last warning! We all want to leave. If you run me over again I am going to beat your &#!!" The woman hits her again. The other lady took her fist and hit the stroller mom right in the face. The stroller mom tries to hit the other woman back...then stroller free mom beats stroller mom to the ground. The cops came out and escorted both women down the street that leads to TOT. Stroller Dad LEAVES Stroller mom and goes ahead out of the park!!! Talk about crazy! Don't know what happened but that was the first time either of us had seen force upon a guest by the cops at Disney. They wouldn't stop fighting so the guys had to break it up and it wasn't pretty. I feel sure someone was arrested that night! I wonder if she'll ever run over anyone else!?

Anyway, we could not wait to get back to the room. We all needed a real shower and dry clothes! Plus we were all starving! While me and the kids got our showers Sidney went to the food court. He came back with these goodies...

After our feast we chilled out for a bit. Watched TV and went to sleep. Tomorrow we change over to Coronado Springs Resort!!! And of course we spend our last full day at Disney! I'm almost done I'm almost done!!! Woo Hoo!!!

Cool! It's not so bad. The one the kids have is beat all to hell and it still works fine.
Glad to hear that the camera will stand up to a lot of abuse , cause I can't afford to dish out more money for another camera anytime soon !



Great update ! All the pictures of the Sand guys are hilarious , looks like they were a ball to hang out with ! I totally agree with you the BLT leaves little to be desired anymore It was so much better in the 90's , we didn't even ride this trip and probably won't anytime soon unless they change it

Oops. My bad. Are they both in Jacksonville? You are in Jacksonville right? I'm so confused. It's late and I am worn out. YES...the 90's BLT was way better. I wish I could have seen the Osborne lights lit up on the street back then! You used to ride through the BLT and look at it there.

I don't care for the BLT much either. It was Ok back in the 90's, but I went on it again in 2008 and they had something wrong and this tour took 3 times as long. The tram was stopped and then we couldn't go through the canyon so they took us out through the back of the Stuidos and the tram got stuck on a big rock while trying to make a trun to go outside the gates. A couple of guys had to get off and try to move it to get us unstuck. And then the speaker kept trying to describe stuff like this was a normal part of the tour. LOL! At one point he eve nsaid, "OK, I'm reaching for straws, can you tell?" LOL. I know call it the ride from hell.

That's what I said. I had the best time, despite that weather. What a freaking nightmare!!!! I'd be running....make up a pee story or something. Man.

We've never been. Yep...got in a fight and left early. I'm going to hell because I don't attend church every Sunday. This comes from my dad who never stepped foot inside a church as an adult 'til he was in his 60's. I can't stand it when someone pushed their religious beliefs and opinions on someone. That's so wrong in a million ways. Just because one does not attend church does not mean they are not a Christian! It was a bad day to do that mess. No sleep, allergies, bad mood....I couldn't take it anymore. They kept on and on and on! I packed and came home. I haven't talked to them since we've been home either. They're being hateful. To ignore their grandkids and to "disown" someone because they don't go to church is real "Christian like" huh? Whatever. I refuse to have someone call me a bad parent because my kids pray every night at home!

And they were made with the cheap digital camera recorder! What a messy trip. This was by far the worst day of all. The DHS lightning storm. Yes, we get one the next day too but at least we make it safely to our room. Being stranded at DHS was pure hell.

Holy Frijoles that is a lot of rain. Loved all the video. The show looks like so much fun. I couldn't believe all the people that opened up their umbrellas right when it started to rain. I know it is wet but seems a little rude to all the people behind them that then lost their view.

Sounds like a horrendous storm - I expect to be caught in at least one downpour every trip to WDW, but it usually passes quickly - not that time though!
