Fun updates. I'm not a big Star Wars fan, but I think it would be cool to go there.
I don't care for the BLT much either. It was Ok back in the 90's, but I went on it again in 2008 and they had something wrong and this tour took 3 times as long. The tram was stopped and then we couldn't go through the canyon so they took us out through the back of the Stuidos and the tram got stuck on a big rock while trying to make a trun to go outside the gates. A couple of guys had to get off and try to move it to get us unstuck. And then the speaker kept trying to describe stuff like this was a normal part of the tour. LOL! At one point he eve nsaid, "OK, I'm reaching for straws, can you tell?" LOL. I know call it the ride from hell.

Amazing update Tammy!!! I love all of those pictures (especially the one of the little boy in front of the Storm Trooper!!! omg .) I think I actually want to go now sometime during SWW! And take my nephews of course! Those guys are still freaking me out!!
Since I am knocking out Food and wine this October then in May b/c of your pictures I am going to F&G! Man! You are a bad influence!!
I agree with you on the backlot tour....I like walking through the warehouse and that is about it! Hmmmmm are you a Skellington fan? Me too!

Whew! Finally caught up. Never had a desire to go during SWW but your pictures make it look like a lot of fun. I like the Minnie Princess Leia. Such cute interaction between her & Mickey. And I agree w/ you about the Backlot Tour. it used to be much cooler. I remember seeing the Mickey Mouse Club stage too! That was a LONG time ago.

I thought I responded to everyone but I guess I forgot to copy and paste it all. Duh! Okay...at the end of the Star Wars day they have this dance off over at the stage by the Star Tours ride. (Over where they do the Jedi training...) The Star Wars day ends before the park closes...I want to say it was around 7pm...don't know for sure since the rain ate my map. It was still light out though. This end of the day show is called the hyper space hoopla (I think). Something like that. Dash took some video of it from atop his dads shoulders. The place was PACKED so the video is not the best in the World. I will say this show is HILARIOUS! I was laughing the whole time. As this goes on the characters go out and walk around in the crowd too. It's funny to see them sneak up on and scare the shine out of people! I'm going to post all of the videos here...if you have the time take a look. I know now....get there early next year for a good seat!

This was the last video....all of a sudden it started storming really bad. This one did not let up. We went in the restaurant right close and sat for about an hour...it got worse. Thunder....lightning...it was awful! This is the worst storm I have ever seen or been in. I'm not sure how close the show was to ending, but what I saw was great. I'd go back to SWW just for that show!

Since I have you tube here in front of me I'm going to go ahead and add a video from our full last day at CSR. (Who knows when I'll get it back open...) The rain on this day was the same ol same ol we'd had all week. Thunder and lightning with pouring rain! These storms would come and go and this particular one lasted over an hour! When we were able to make our way up front to eat we had to walk through 8-8 inches of water! (At the most shallow point) It was so gross and even after dinner, on our way back it had only went down about an inch! Keep in mind what you see here was taken before things got bad!

Okay folks...there you have all of the video. If I'm able I'll finish up the picture part this week. I know my PB pro acount is about to expire. I don't know that I want to spend $40 to keep it going. I have to sleep on that! Money is tight right now. Hope everyone is having a fun Summer. We went to the Mountains of NC this past weekend...only for two nights. Trip was cut short when I got pissed off. I'll probably add those pics to the August PTR if ya wanna check that out. What is it with HS and rain . It was also flooded the day we were there. Thomas and I just watched your Hyperspace Hoopla videos. He loved the one with Darth Vader and the storm troopers. That will be a must do on our next trip.

It flooded every day I went anywhere (at WDW) in May! That show is worth going for SWW alone! It was so cute. We should plan to go at the same time next year!
