Hey,

I'm still thinking about doing the marathon in jan... well actually i'd love to, but there's a possibility i might be a solo traveller and wondered if anyone else is heading to WDW on marathon weekend alone. Hmm what to do what to do

I asked the same question here a bit ago and got some positive responses. I will definitely be doing the solo thing, but I figure there will be lots of things going on (both DIS and otherwise), that I can go to some of those if I'm feeling lonely. But I'm also going to use that trip as an excuse to do some things that my family never wants to do with me (i.e coasters!).

Maybe we should start a Solo Marathon meet!

Kate I did the half marathon this year solo. Although after the WISH meet, volunteering for the full with Tracy, Brian and company and taking some WISH'ers into Test Track, I don't consider it solo!
You can be as alone or as together as you want. Me--I prefer doing some things solo, so I enjoyed the trip a lot. It was a good balance.
And since the half is now full, I will have to do the marathon or nothing!

i might be a solo for the WDW full this year! My dad has said he will do it with me if he is in the country at that time, but if he is not it is just me on my lonesome, I am hoping some WISHers might keep me company

but I am definatly doing it, lonely or not

Looks like marathon weekend will be a solo trip for me as well. Booked air today for 1/7-1/13.

I will be doing the Half solo. I can't wait! It will be my first-ever marathon (unless I do the EE Challenge, the ToT or Race for the Taste marathons in the fall).

I am coming alone this time.

I brought "stick in the mudd" last time. What was I thinking? He doesn't really like Disney!!!!

So next year it's just me so I can go to all the WISH meets and have fun!
