We're with AAA too. Also not liking our agent. I hate when I am trying to reach someone for three weeks and she never responded! I had to go to the office where she was busy with other people so I left a message to call me or respond to my emails. Nothing until I called her. I complained to her boss and they are picking up the tab for our AAA renewal. But the service didn't improve. Very frsutrating. I still like in the beginning when I wanted to add my DS to the reservation and she told me I could add him any time. We all know once the age group is filled, no more can be added. And when I asked if we had decided after Christmas to remove him off the reservation, I was told it wouldn't be a problem they would have to just move us to a smaller cabin. She also told me after I paid the balance before the 90 day window that I could make my excursions etc. 30 days from that point. It would have been below even the 60 day mark. She said that's when they would release the $$ to DCL. Never again.

We've been very happy with Dreams Unlimited. Tracy has handled all of our cruises. Yesterday she e-mailed us about the upgrade and within one hour we had our new cabin assignments, everything was updated on the DCL website and all our ressies remained intact! Way to go DU!!!

And we told her that we would only upgrade if the cabins were connecting, she ensured that they were before she gave the go ahead to DCL.

Yesterday was the last day of school. The kids came home full of energy, enthusiasm, and excitement. Maggie placed 3rd chair trombone in the #1 band out of 3 bands. She just finished her beginning year and placed ahead of a bunch of rising 8th grade students. Even Mike was excited for her and they were racing in the house to see who could be the first to tell me.

We had our 3rd annual "Thank Goodness School's Out" party with our close family friends. Started as a party for the moms in celebration/relief the boys' first year in jr. high was over - it was a huge transition for all of us. Three years later the tradition continues - and the kids still believe it's a party for them....

Okay, was busy yesterday and didn't have time to be on the boards much and now I had to read 5 pages of great news. So much that I can't even think about sending a message for each. SOOOOOOO Congratulations :che er2: to everyone on everything and best of luck to those that are still waiting .

That is very frustrating. When I called my TA I had to ask her where my $50 OBC was from Disney Visa, she said it would "appear" when I checked in I asked her if she put in the code for it she said she didn't have any type of code, so of course I gave her the one from here. So she put me on hold and called DCL, she said it was there now. Sometimes I feel like I know more about Disney than the TA! So now we will have the $125 total OBC. Any little bit helps. But now I can't get into my tours to book my tours, but I can do everything else. I wonder if the TA did something! I haven't checked in yet, I was waiting for my passports and they just came Wednesday, so now I know what I'll be doing this weekend.

43 days and counting!! I have some of my FE gifts, now I just have to make my FE!!! My dh thinks I'm totally crazy.

Well, I'm not sure. I can only guess that because we had connecting rooms, and there was only one pair of connecting rooms open to move us into, that they could just assign them right away.

My travel agent told us the room numbers immediately after making the upgrade. And I verified on the DCL page that our reservation shows the new rooms.

You are probably correct, I'm sure it had to do with connecting rooms. I did call DCL about Catagory 9 still showing on the website. The very nice CM I got said that it's all correct in the system so I shouldn't worry. He also told me I'd probably know my stateroom number next week.

It's all good!! We will be there soon.....I'm trying not to think about how fast it will be over

I sure hope this means I will also get my room number next week. I hate not knowing! I have always had my room number from the beginning. I check it everyday.

I called DCL to find out why I can't. make my excursion ressies. they said it was some sort of payment issue and to call TA. don't know how that could be a problem we paid in full on the Disney visa. now I'm waiting for TA to call me back. I wonder if it had something to do with that code???? Ugh

Yes-- she leaves for Montreat Sunday for the week. Then she is babysitting ~3 days/ week this summer. Gotta keep her busy or she will drive me crazy!
