I'm going to call and check on that because I know when i called I paid immediately and with your family of 5 and mine of 3 that puts us at eight. If anyone wants to join us that night here is the grand gathering number for our group 824529.

My family only counts as four, since little Grace is only 2 and doesn't count. I though she said there were 6, but maybe she said seven. That's still not quite enough.

OK I though one of your girls was only 2 but I wasn't sure how they counted it for these events. Right now I'm on hold with them hopefully someone will answer soon.

Call Marlene at 407-939-7866. The numbers I have are my family's confirmation number: M9730148; and what I think is the group's number: 824529. If they can't figure it out from those numbers, feel free to give her my name, Aaron Lockard, since I just talked to her, and I'm sure she can get you in the right party.

Thank you soooo much for posting this. I just got off with Marlene and we were not linked to the ressie!!!!!! We are all fixed, we have our 8+ and are set to go. Thank goodness they called you to let you know. It would have been such a shame. We are doing the Dining Plan, which they had, but the link wasn't done. Now, we have our confirmation number. All is good, so thanks again! And I just happened to check the thread. It was providence.

WHEW!!! I was getting worried because I am sooooooo looking forward to that!!!

I was so weird. We added the GG on Jan 25th so we thought all was fine. When Aaron posted, I checked my paperwork and didn't see a conf. #. I had written a note that DVC member services was going to contact the person in charge of GG and add us to the ressie. Hmmmmm. I guess that's where the break in the link was. I checked my papers and saw no more notes about it so I guess I was pretty convinced all was well. Thank goodness you got a call because we were one short and now we're over the 8 by one. I would have felt terrible if we were the cause of cancellation. Obviously, they thought you didn't pay when you did, and we thought we were added when we weren't. This leads me to believe their coordination isn't too swift.

All in all, it was meant to be!!!! So thanks again!

I could have sworn we had more than that though. I thought we had at least 12 folks that had signed up.

I don't know why they waited so late to call one of y'all because they have been calling here all week but no one got the message due to me being in the hospital but at least it is all taking care of.


Now that I know we will not have to cancel this trip I booked shore excursions today. In St. Thomas we are doing the sky ride to paradise point and in Tortola we are doing the island tour with lunch and beach break. I had to promise not to do anything to strenuous this trip and those were the only two that fit the bill without being boring.

I thought we had more, too. I know JoAnn #1 is having lunch with Lucy today so she's not around. And I know that she wasn't exactly sure who in her family was going. But now that it's all straightened out, I'm sure she'll be joining us. So we'll have more people I'm sure.

Has anyone here ever gotten the wine package???

Just curious if it is worth the price or if the menu wine selection is better....

We usually get the basic package (we like the wines on that list better than the deluxe). The great thing is that they refund to you the amount of any unopened bottles. Plus you can open another bottle whenever you feel like it or depending what you are eating that night. Not sure how cost effective it is, but we like it.

DH isn't a big wine drinker so I usually just get the suggested wine pairing. That way I try things I wouldn't. My wine knowledge is minimal. I tend towards white though.

We're doing ME from the airport to SSR and then SSR to port. It's just easier and maximizes our time at SSR.

I'm sorry, how are you getting to the port.....DCL transfers?
