Groceries Delivered to the Resort?
I know there have been threads on the board about grocery delivery but I can't seem to find them. Can someone let me know what the most reputable and reliable companies are that will deliver to the WDW resorts? I've used Garden Grocer before and were not at all impressed... they left items out and gave me things I didn't order. It happened on more than one occasion so I'm looking to use a different company if possible.

We always use Garden Grocer, and have never had any issues. You can order online before you leave home and they will call you to confirm delivery info and then call you on the delivery day also. I've heard you can also order alcohol, but we havent tried that yet. We've always been very happy with our experience with them.

It's been a few years since we used Garden Grocer, so maybe I'll try them again. I'm going to order diapers and wipes through Amazon instead though because Garden Grocer is MUCH more expensive!

We use Garden Grocer for every trip, and also ordered from diapers.com when we needed a lot of baby stuff (free shipping over $50).

You know, I don't honestly know if I would use them GG again. After adding on all the handling / delivery fees / taxes?? I almost think that it would've been just as easy to buy what we needed at the little store in the resort. I was impressed with the amount of food to choose from. The only thing that I would absolutely need GG for is our Diet Pepsi and a case of water. But other things like
-pop tarts -yogurt -milk -bread -lunch meat -chips they all seemed to be reasonable. Now if you want a bottle of beer at the resort, it costs about the same as a 12 pack here. Just my two cents

We also have used Garden Grocer before. We only had one problem with our order, called them and they sent out 2 of what was missing to make up for the mistake. They were very good about the mistake and we would use them again. Wegoshop we have never used before. I have read others on here that have had no issue with the service. The benefit there is they will go to the store of your choice Publix,Wal Mart, etc... The selection from Garden Grocer worked for us and was actually cheaper, and easier when we compared. That's why we used it.

I used WeGoShop in June and they were awesome! They even made a second delivery for me later in the week with a reduced delivery charge. I will definately use them again on my next trip.

The only problem with WeGoShop is that I live in New York so I'm not sure what kinds of grocery stores are around and if they have the same brands/items that I usually need.

We used garden grocer and they have all the brands that I normally buy at home (NJ). They give you a two hour window for delivery and mine was received in the last 15 minutes. They leave the food with bell services so there is no issue with strangers coming to your room (BLT).
I was happy with the service and my order was exactly right. Ordering on line is easy. |

We used We Go Shop and loved them! I had Amy (one of the shoppers) shop at Super Target so I could get Target brand items. They werre wonderful to work with and I like that they charge what your order comes to plus a reasonable shopping fee & gratuity. We will definitely use them again!
