Good Sunday Morning!!!

Another sunny morning here in the midwest and it looks to be another beautiful day!

We are talking about going out to start getting our flowers for pots around the deck today. I just love this time of year. Everything is so bright and colorful.

Have a fun day today scrapping Mary. Sounds like fun.

And

19 weeks till we cruise! I can't wait.

Any word at all about the cruise? This is getting pretty late to be announcing the theme isn't it? I'm mean, come on people, we want to know!!!!!!! Don't they know how excited we are? Well, I hope it is soon.

My sister and I celebrated the day at Disneyland. The day turn into a great day with the weather not being too hot and the food and wine festival going on. We went to a cooking demonstration by Cat Cora.

Being an optimist, I decided to ask Member Services when the theme for the Members Cruise would be announced. I received the following reply-

"We have not been given that information. Please keep checking the
Members Only Website for the most up to date information."

Oh well.

Sadly DVC Marketing isn't as timely with infomation as it has been on a past cruise. We were spoiled on the '05 cruise with great updates and information. It seems to have gone down since then. I'm hoping it is because they are working so hard at pulling everything together that they don't have time to update.

I just checked the site. Still no change....Come on Disney...we want to know.

We are expecting some rain later this morning.. Dh tried to go out and finish cutting the lawn, but the mower won't start

Happy Sunday everyone! I hope that you are having a great day.

I drove down to meet my sisters this morning to start going through stuff from our parents house. My mother just doesn't have the room at her assisted living facility to keep everything. Well, we all left with our SUVs full of stuff to keep/sell and there is still plenty of stuff in the storage locker.

Afterwards we all went to lunch which was fun. Of course, everything is still in the car.

I will probably take it out one box at a time and send the glass wear through the dishwasher. My condo complex has an annual yard sale in June so I will probably have most of it out for sale then.

Hey everybody,

Happy Belated Birthdays and Anniversary!

We've had a busy time here. We're trying to get my mom's condo ready to sell, so I haven't had a lot of time online. That, plus watching my 11 m.o. DGD just absorbed all my time. Oh, yeah, plus getting stuff together for her birthday party next Sunday (food, cake, decorations, gifts, etc, etc).

Our weather went from 90+ degrees to chilly and rainy practically overnight. I don't mind though; you can always put another layer on, but there's only so much you can take off

! Plus, we really need the rain (this area borders on drought almost every summer).

Well, we finally got our cruise package on Saturday. Yahoo! That always makes it seem a little more real. And now we're in the teens in the countdown. Oh, yeah! I think I'd better get started on my FE gifts.

Hope everyone has a great week. Stay healthy out there and don't forget to wash your hands frequently (we don't need no stinkin' swine flu

).

Good morning everyone - happy Monday!

Sounds like everyone had a good weekend.

I got 12 pages finished yesterday. I still have a few more pages to finish up the SSMC07 part and then I can work on December and finish up the book.

I said yesterday that I was going to text my friend when we got home from church. Well when I turned on my phone after church I had a text waiting from her. Great minds think alike.

Mark did a lot of work outside yesterday and I got a sweet treat. On my desk when I got home was a bud vase full of Lily of the Valley! What a guy!
