Gee, where has the evening gone? Here it is 10 PM

and I have just finished catching up on my DIS threads. I guess that I won't be checking out any new threads tonight.

From a cruise point of view, I guess I should start thinking about what I want to book when June come around.

Wish we were there now. The temp here dropped 20 degrees from yesterday and is supposed to rain for something like 5 days in a row. How I am longing for some palm trees and warm sandy beaches right now. I think the next few months will speed by but as of today it seems so far away. . .

Good morning everyone - happy Friday.

We got the cruise planning kit yesterday. I'm sure those who don't have it yet will have it soon. It usually goes over 4-5 days. Same thing will happen with our documents. Some will get them earlier than others.

Anyone have any special plans for the weekend? We are looking to go to a craft fair this evening and then out to see Mark's Aunt and Uncle tomorrow afternoon and then to dinner. The rest of the weekend will be around the house and doing our usual things.

I am planning on leaving work a little earlier and meeting Mom to go to the casino, Its crab night Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Tomorrow DS and girlfriend are taking her mother and myself to dinner and then to see Hairspray at the Fablous Fox. Its a early mothers day present.

Good Friday Morning!

It's going to be another great day here. Highs in the 80's!

But chances of thunderstorms throughout the weekend and highs dropping to the 60's.

Oh, well.

We got our cruise document stuff yesterday!

My youngest daughter called to tell me we got something from DCL in the mail yesterday afternoon while I was still at work.

It sure put a smile on my face at the end of the work day! Hope everyone gets their's real soon if you haven't gotten it already.

No big plans for us this weekend. Bobby is working on getting the pool ready for summer. So, he has been working on that this past week and will hopefully finish up this weekend, depending on weather. Just the usual laundry and computer stuff for me!

Who, knows, if it is still nice tonight when we get home maybe we will have to mix up some margarita's, go out and sit by the pool and pretend we are at CC! We do have a palm tree light we could take outside, hmmmmmmm, sounds like a plan in the works!

Our daughter (Amanda) graduates from high school on June 1st...we are now in the process of planning a graduation party.
Amanda spent the night at American University in Washington, D.C. for the freshman orientation. She leaves for college the week of August 16th. She is so excited.

We have lots of things to do to get her ready for college.

No plans for this weekend. The weather is supposed to be gorgeous---sun, temps in the 80's. I love it!!!!

We're going to Jacksonville, FL to see Wicked on Sunday. This will be our second time seeing it and we are taking my friend who lives in Jacksonville as a 50th b-day present. We are also taking about seeing it for a third time in Tampa next year.

Hi Flo,

We handled the overnight just fine!!

Amanda was at summer college last year at Cornell University for 8 weeks. At first, it was strange not having her around...but she called and e-mailed us..that helped. Michael and I started doing day trips, going to the movies and enjoyed spending our time together...

Yes, they do grow up so fast!!!

Happy Friday everyone! I'm sitting here enjoying the Red Sox game.

My only real plans for the weekend are that tomorrow morning my new dishwasher gets delivered. Other than that, it is supposed to be a great weekend: 70's maybe 80's. So I think that I will find a dew errands to run so that I can enjoy the weather.
