Quick grocery question - The DIS Discussion Forums

I arrived home from shopping at around 3pm, just realized I left a frozen food item out. Do I need to toss it? Or will it be ok to refreeze? It is a Smart One meal. I am inclined to toss it.

Nevermind!!! Just opened it, it looks icky. In the trassssshhh!
