This is the reason that I am doing Vegas. I have to go on vacation with my in-laws the day that I get back... for a week... just me, the kids and the in-laws.

Have to say I didn't get into 90210 this time around, but I will shamefully admit I'm addicted to Gossip Girl. And it makes me feel SO old because the little girl I used to babysit for now watches it.

It is... we go to a lake resort in Northern MN, same area that we moved from in the fall. Hubby's family has been going on this trip with his god-parents and their families for around 30 years. Biggest downfall is the week in the same cabin with my sister-in-law. Last year was rough. Should be interesting this year with-out DH there to vent to!

We could be the Jordan girls!!!! I certainly don't want to but in on your night out, but it would be really cool to meet both of you. It's not a definite, but I'll talk it over with the hubby and see how it goes!!! Keep you fingers crossed for me.

Heather - I have a sister in law from he!! also. That is my biggest complaint about visiting the in laws......HER!!

Mine is a real piece of work. I can handle her for about two nights and then it is all over! My husband even has issues with her... she is that bad!!! We only go see them so that our kids can see hers, and they are TERRORS so that won't be happening much longer. I adore her husband so he makes it all tolerable... sort of!

Mine is a 45 year old shlump who is quite content to sit on her behind and let her 70 something parents take care of her. Yep!!! She lives with her parents, her and her 16 year old daughter. They pay her bills because she can't hold down a job because she is such a pain. She refuses to do anything, she lays on the couch and watches tv all day long. No one will do anything because they are all scared of her. I am the only one that will say anything to her because I am NOT scared of her. But she doesn't change no matter what anyone says. We lived in the same town as them for a year and I was so ready to get away. Now we have 1400 miles between us and that is just fine with me!!!! Aren't in laws the best!!! My sympathies for having to spend a week in the same house with your sister in law. You totally deserve NKOTB in Vegas for having to deal with that!
