Melody - I highly doubt that sleep is in my future for tonight. I think of the disney commercial "I'm too excited to sleep" that will be me tonight. Oh, I forgot to tell ya'll. I had a funny dream last night and the only part I can remember is this. I was in some department store looking for special pajamas for my best friend and I for the night of the concert (I know wierd but just go with it). So I remember looking up (the ceilings were high in this place) and on the like the 6th rack up I see these NKOTB boxer shorts but I can't reach them. So I go over to this lady and ask for help and she yells out that I need help getting the NKOTB boxer shorts and everyone in the whole store just turned around and looked and me and started laughing. That's all I remember........but now I want some NKOTB boxer shorts.

Shelby - Please help me to not be nervous.......what am I going to say to this man? I just don't know, you've been through it.....help!!!

You know it was weird..when I walked in I wasn't nervous AT ALL. No clue why, but I was fine. I just wanted my hugs!!

Speaking of hugs, thanks everyone. It's just not good around here right now and I don't know how to make it better.

I wasn't happy about Single being on the B stage, I wanted it as the opening song too. I really love Twisted but can't help but laugh at Joe when he's being all serious and trying look all sexy. I don't know why, I just think that's funny. He's adorable and those eyes but I just don't see him that way. I did enjoy his songs though.

I would love it if Jordan actually SANG Give it to You....because it is obvious he's lip syncing...anyone else notice that???

I'm the same with Single. It should be the opener and it just felt wrong hearing Call It What You Want. Carson watches that part of the Behind the Music at least once most days and that's pretty much ingrained in my head.

I also agree with Joe. I'm a TOTAL Joe girl, but even I have a hard time seeing him that way. What's funny is I have a hard time hearing him curse! When I saw that youtube video of them in Vegas and he said the f-word my mouth fell open! I don't know why that is...I curse like a sailor when the kids aren't around. LOL

I also noticed that about Jordan lip synching. Ya know what? I think Donnie totally has a backing track on most songs...I think he's singing, but I think he has help. I think they just dance to Grown Man too, no real singing there.

OK, I have COMPLETELY lost my mind. I am thinking of getting tix to take the girls to see the Jonas Brothers this summer. They love them and I would get the tickets for the twins for their birthdays. My mom never took me to see NKOTB back in the day, it was always someone else that took me. 20 years from now when the Jo Bros reunite I want the girls to think back to seeing them with me when they were younger.

The dang show is almost sold out and just went on sale on Saturday, so if I want decent tickets I am going to have to fork out the $$$. That is what deployment money is for, right? Can't believe I am considering this! Thousands of screaming adult women at a NKOTB show is one thing... thousands of SHRIEKING little girls is a different thing all together!

Oh Heather that is an entirely different decibal (sp?). Little girls shrieking.......we just went to the Jonas Brothers 3d movie and I wanted to smack a couple of the teenagers behind me. But than I remembered how I was with NKOTB and I let them off the hook without a smack.

But I would take them. That would be a great memory for all of you. My friend and I are hoping they come somewhere near us so we can take our girls this summer too!!!

Do it! I want to take my little sisters (they are 10 and 11) to Philly in July to see the Jonas Brothers, but I just can't fork out the money right now. My step mom actually REFUSES to take them. She said "I'm their mother, not their friend! My parents never took us to anything like that and I lived." I just stared at her at first...then said "Wow, glad my mom was nice enough to take me to NKOTB and Boyz II Men even though I know she would have preferred to be anywhere else." I also told her that my sisters would remember that more fondly than being forced to spend yet another summer vacation in "nature" LMAO Every year they go to some national parks and my sisters are so over it. I'm a bad influence sometimes. HAHAHAHAHA

That's mean! I was lucky enough that my mom & aunt took me and my cousin to see NKOTB when we were little. I'm sure they weren't dying to be there (although they got into Hangin Tough haha) but that's the kind of things you do for your kids!

I totally agree...and selfish too. But the girls get drug along on her yearly excursions to nature because that's what she and dad love. Every summer they ask if they can stay with me...they are never allowed.

I do my best to do all of the fun "girl" stuff I can with them. I took them to the Jonas Brothers movie, we plan on going to the Hannah Montana movie too. I was going to try to take them to Demi Lovato at our state fair, but they will be in Michigan for our cousin's wedding that day, which is followed by the yearly vacation.

My mother and I took my "little sister" (not really related but might as well be) to see Jesse McCartney and the Jonas Brothers opened for him. It was insanely loud. In fact, that was the first time I have ever felt "old". But, we were at the Music Circus which is an outdoor tent so we were able to leave the tent and walk around outside where we could at least hear ourselves think.

However, she had so much fun with the show and it was great to see her enjoying it so much. I would definitely take them...just wear earplugs maybe.

Heather, it'll be insanely loud but you'll have so much fun seeing how much fun your girls are having. I was hoping to take my dd to see Hannah Montana but I think Miley is started to stray from that a bit. So I probably won't get a chance. She'd probably tour as Miley instead.

My mom still likes to bring up the fact that she sat on the phone dialing Ticketmaster until her fingers were numb getting our NKOTB tix back in the day. Could you imagine having to do that now? Sitting with the phone counting down the seconds til they go on sale then dialing over and over with a feverish fury? Ugh! That'd suck! Thank goodness for the internet!!

Also I'm 31 and would NOT want to spend my vacation at a national park. Boring!

Because it's a family vacation....so they go. They tend to have fun doing the Jr. Ranger stuff but they are getting older so it's just not what they want to do with their summer. My dad and stepmom say that it's not always about what kids want. That's what dad always told me too. It's nice to be a grown up now because it CAN be about what I want.
