Sorry to hear about all the plane trouble. We had the same issue last year on our way to Disney. My husband and I and our 3 kids (age 4 and under) were spread throughout the plane. The ticket counter person and gate check-in person both refused to help us. We got lucky and had an AWESOME flight attendant who just said, "Hang on, I'll take care of this." She moved people all around until she had us all in a row together near the front of the plane... her!

Can't wait to hear more.
Hanna Damanna! LOL! Damannas in pajamas are coming down the stairs... Did anyone ever have to watch that horrible show, Bananas in Pajamas? Sorry, that just reminded me of it!

So, I did notice the cookie jar collection too! In fact, I even stopped to study it (and figure out what it was, i could clearly see that it wasn't snowglobes).

You are the best TR writer, although a bit slow! I love the pictures before you actually get there. I am not good at that part.

BUT, I will also call myself an airport security efficiency savant if I do say so myself! When Lin is with me, he might as well not be because he is like another kid. It is usually just Dallas and I though.

Jeanne, I didn't realize SLC (is that the initials and where you fly out of?) is a Delta hub too, so maybe airfare from here to there would be really cheap! Checking that out!

Our resort finally changed mugs the last day or two we were there. The new ones weren't much cuter but I really didn't care for the YOAMD mugs at all! We did bring our old one (shhh, don't tell) and I think we used it all of 2x maybe.

I will get my ready while I wait for the next installment!
Our resort changed mugs the last day, too. The new ones were cute!

I know what you mean about husbnads being like another kid while traveling. I swear it takes me longer to get through security with Henry. I always end up standing around waiting for him to get his shoes on AFTER I've done everything else.

I'm glad you like my cookie jars! There's a cushion one with Cinderella's shoe on it on disneyshopping.com that I REALLY want!!

I don't get the hasmat comment! You'll have to PM me!

I totally agree about that Willy Wonka video!

Thank you!

I have 900-something photos from this trip. I imagine 1/3 or so will make their way into this TR!

Here's a link to the fridge swap:
http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1819482
Someone buys a fridge and people pass it to the next person on the list to stay at the hotel, until it gets lost or broken and then they buy a new one (it's usually $10/each when it's just starting, but it was free for me since it was paid for).

There are also some stroller swaps.

Oh, I love the most important thing about Tessa!!!!

I love Sawyer's Knock Knock jokes!!!

We are on thread #12 now! I moved us in the middle of the night!
Aww, you done made me cry!

I love the cheesey picture of Sawyer when you are getting ready to leave home!!

Oh, poor Henry, someone get him a tissue!
I was wondering why you took a picture of Henry from that angle!!! You were trying to show off your super cool cookie jars!! They would be much cooler filled with cookies though!

Poor Dad indeed!! I'm suprised he didn't make a last ditch leap at your bumper as you drove away!!!

I'm so glad the kids didn't arouse the suspicions of the TSA!!!

Questionable string cheese!!!! LOL!

residual bathroom tears!!!

I do not like the sound of those steps up to the plane at all!!!

Yeah flight attendant!!

OH my, what a weird tunnel thing at DTW!!! I never knew that was there!

Hey, that's the same song going through my head as I looked at the pictures!

Stupid seat assignments!!!

Stupid Nothwest desk lady!

I can't believe the lady almost changed her mind about switching with you!! I'm glad she did!!

Now, why didn't they put people next to who they came with?? And if they aren't going to, they should board like Southwest!! I love Southwest!

You have to wonder how much fuel is ok to leak out and spew from Detroit to Orlando????

I suppose de-icing is a good idea. I completely understand about wanting to know how long something is REALLY going to take!!

We have a little splitter thing so you can hook up two headphones to one headphone jack. I should have let you use it.

Did the crackers taste like chicken in a biscuit crackers?? I love those

You look cute even with your glasses on!

Mom looks SUPER EXCITED!!!

I'm going to miss the Orlando airport this year! We are flying into Ft. Lauderdale, it just won't be the same

NOW Mom looks excited!!!

Dumb snotty big whitehanded lady! Way to squash the Disney magic!

OOH OOH!! A red carpet!!!!!

How did he know your names????

Lot of people with Big White hands!!!LOL!

How DARE the mean man without the Big White hand yell at my MOMMY!!!

How nice of that woman to tell you good luck getting a room!! That's JUST what you want to hear at the beginning of your vacation!

YEAH!!! WOO HOO !!! YIPPEE YIPPEE KIE OH!!!! WOO HOO!!! No more GRUMPY CMS!!!

The cheerleaders must have cheered them all up!!

There's nothing like seeing that welcome sign!!!!

LOL! I'm laughing about you all bouncing in your seats and you almost bouncing out of the seat!!!

I bet Mom DID want to bounce too! hehehe

Yeah on changing your room!

I was wondering when you would get the $200 Gift card!!! Did I tell you Brian said we should have stayed on property this year, but I had to tell him we would have needed two rooms. We'll just wait until Corey is 19 and moves out! ;-)

I'm so glad I've been to Pop, (not to stay, just to visit, ahem...) because it is fun seeing you walk through and I know right where you are!

OOH I love the soap!!! Is that Tessa's hand?

LOL!!! I'm dying here about the lifeguard!!! Were there really people in the pool? I didn't see them.

Oh, Heather!!! I love that picture too!!! You can tell how excited everyone was to be there!!!

Weird that they still have the old mugs!!! You can't tell mine looked like anymore. I use it so much all the picures came off!!

Umm, I think I figured out why Tessa didn't like her pizza!!!! Heather, that wasn't real!!!!!

Why are you waddling??? Flash back to your last solo trip with Mom???

Oh no!!! Where is the fridge!!???

YEAH!! They found the frige!! Was there anything else cool back there??

EEEWWWWW STINKY FRIDGE!!!!! EEEWWWW!!! Maybe some of the CMs had a little party back there and used it themselves and that's why it was out of the box! hmm.....

Oh Heather, this is fun!!! I love reading your TRs!!! I've read this so feel free to post the next installment!

Hey Heather! I'm in.

Sounds like an interesting start to a Disney vacation. But yay for there being no more grumpy CM's after DME.
