As for April, we actually fly out on March 31st, stay 10 nights at AKV (our first time) and then the final 4 nights at HRH before flying back on April 14th... I am s-l-o-w-l-y getting our plans sorted and so far the highlights include an Illuminations cruise, Fishing excursion, Orlando Magic, Busch Gardens, Victoria & Alberts, Aquatica with cabana, Mardi Gras at Universal - it's going to be the best trip...

You are going to have the most fantastic trip in Mar/Apr.....you have planned your vacaiton well. I love all your choices.

Do you have a link to Aquatica? I would love checking it out.

I would love to see pictures from the buffet. I didn't feel like doing a lot of things after I broke my wrist. Greg was going to goto the buffet, but didn't want to leave me. One of the nice Disney things was that one of the front desk CM went up to the buffet and brought me back some desserts. Ironically, she brought mostly things I didn't care for, but I ate then ayway because I was so touched that she would even do that for a guest WAY!! above the expected.

Deb, I don't know what exactly is wrong with your legs, but has anyone ever explored the possibility of using a hyperbaric chamber to heal your legs? It can sometimes work when other things don't. It would depend on what your doctor says.

I agree on them posting things like that. Maybe they could post the dates/time on the cruise line website where we make our ressies, so we could plan for them,too. We did the Galley tour, and enjoyed it. It's amazing the size of the kitchens, and how many meals they prepare.

Greetings Tortolians! Spent a bit of yesterday working on dining options for the pre-cruise stay. Our current 'leanings' are: Citricos, Boma, Spoodles, Kona Cafe, Crystal Palace and split decisions on Marakesh/Coral Reef and LeCellier/Mexico restaurant. We may split up for these last two...I know folks are going to need a break from ME! Interest has been expressed for OOP breakfast at Spoodles/Cape May too. We also have the Tea at the GF as an OOP visit. Hmmmmmm....wouldn't tea be a fun event for meeting up with other Tortolians????

Thankfully Ian and Sukie will be there in May for updates on menues etc. Wasn't it nice of them to make a special trip down there just for that?

I'm back and will be glad to set up an OG GIT meet. Was busy watching a Monk marathon this weekend.

Cove Cafe is a good place for our meet. Last time we met at 10:00 pm. However that interfered with the adult entertainment. I was thinking 11:00 might be better (or right after the adult show) if that is not too late for most OG's. I'm a night owl, though, so you can't go by me. Or would an afternoon be better? It could be at two o'clock. Most OG's seem to need an afternoon rest break. We could call it the OG Booze and Snooze meet. Ideas and suggestions are welcome! Give me some feedback, please.

Hello All and let me introduce myself. I am Scott and My DW and DD will be joining you on this cruise. Right now we are not booked because we are waiting on certain discounts to become available. In the meantime My MIL and FIL are booked. We are using our Vacation Club Points to pay for their trip as a thank you for all the help they have given us in Baby Sitting.

We also have a couple of other family members who may join us so we may be a mini group untu ourselves. I can't wait to introduce my crewe to this board and everything that goes on during a DIS Cruise. When we get more confirmed information I will fill you in.
