I just got this email...

Walt Disney Parks & Resorts announced a Special Offer Magic Your Way Package plus Dining Package for Disney Reward Visa Card holders to visit the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. For a limited time, when your purchase a minimum three (3) night stay at a Select Walt Disney World Resort Hotel in combination with a Magic Your Way Ticket, you will receive the Disney Dining Plan absolutely FREE! I'm on hold right now...Pirates is playing! Can't wait to book our trip, not only will it be Food & Wine but we'll be able to celebrate our daughter's 1st birthday there too!!!

I called around 6:15 (CT), got right through with NO wait, then got put on hold forever. She said all the CM's were having trouble getting the code to take and that I should call back.............. WHAT??????

I waited a bit, called back, still not much wait, and they said the code is there.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

6 nights, 7 days, POP Preferred, Free Dining, Our first trip to MNSSHP, DD's birthday in the Magic Kingdom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be smiling all day.............

Now if I can just get those ADR's............ Bring back the days of 180 lead time!!!!!!!!!

YAY... she said they had some kinks, but they are all worked out-- got confirmation #...woohooo

I can't believe that there was hardly any notice this would be available today(other than the rumor).. If I was going by what I had seen at 1AM I might have missed it.. but I'm glad I woke up to give it a try.. TG!

Just a FYI....I also asked while I had her on the line about the new ADR sysyem and she said "they are working diligently to get that rolled out ASAP" and said it should be coming out in the next few weeks, but certainly will be ready for making ADRs in May.. So we shall see...

You were able to book your families packages as well? I tried last year and they wouldn't let me. They said she had to call herself. I'm wonderfing because we are traveling again w/ my cousin and we'd like to stay at the same resort. It took us awhile last year to both get the POP. We go for 12 nights and she only goes for 4. Thanks

I'm on their mailing list and didn't get anything yet. I went to their homepage too and there isn't anything there. Yesterday I got an email about 15% off Disney Store purchaces....I don't get it.

I'm in with a fairy godmother at Grand Gatherings. Is she sweet!

She said that the code is malfunctioning, so they are having to put everyone in as deluxe dining, with the discount, and you can call back and change it back.

I have standard at Pop!

i was just looking for a little clarification

i think that i would like to book for the tail end of the promo as it will be my daughters 3rd birthday during the trip. but i was unsure that if i checked in on 10/2 (the promo ends 10/3), would we be able to have the free diig promo for our entire stay. i think that is how it has been in the past, but generally i get there as soon as i can

so it has never been a issue before. thanks!!
