also.. Id be interested if you would keep this going even after you get to Florida.. Id love to hear how things pan out for you and how much you are enjoying it once you are there.. I sooo want to move to Florida one day but am scared that it'll be all hyped up for me and when I get there it wont be so grand..

It is flying by! There is hardly enough time to get everything done!!!

I'm glad you're enjoying the moving report. I have always planned on keeping it going, just because I would love to hear how it went after the move if I were reading about a move

I will take some pics of our house and the area and just do updates on what we're doing and how we're liking it and how Fl. life is for us.

No, we were at Alice Springs. I've never heard of anyone going to Woomera! What branch is your husband? You can PM if you'd like.

I'm in on this thread!! I, too, am planning a move to Orlando in about 3 years. I'm originally from the Gulf Coast (Venice - gorgeous beaches!!!) and so it would almost be like going home - at least kinda close. I would be moving with my DS8 (he's 8 now). He and I are excited. I'm really really really losing interest in being so cold all the time, and my DS wants to live in tank tops and flip flops and be in a pool constantly. He's anxious about the prospective move too. I have to wait until DD15 finishes high school in 2.5 yrs first. I don't want to uproot her -- she's been in this school system all her young life. (And it's a GOOD one.)

So, there ya have it. I'm basically in the "planning" stage right now so this is the greatest adventure to follow yet!!
