I'm not sure what we are going to do with our lives after this cruise is over.  Who's coming with us? The ages listed, I believe, are the ages at the time of cruising. Busy morning today,
Jesse forgot his HW so I'm going to rush it over to school. Louise needs drinks and snacks for her class, so I'm going to buy some and rush it over to her school. Hair salon/massage today, and they let me bring Brian. (Tig, I'll check my email today, I swear!) Visit Fr. Francie (Fr. Casey's brother) in the hospital, he had a stroke. I was there last night, and he asked me to come back today, I said of course!!! Fold all my tons of clean laundry and put everything away. I already cooked for tonight, yeah! Try to figure out how to transfer Jesse's halloween pic from my cameras internal memory to the memory card so I can upload and post. Feel better Marla! |

That's why I keep Lysol spray holstered to my side this time of year!
Disappointing news: Chad was not accepted as an analyst by the FBI. For security they weren't allowed to say why, but he heard from the grapevine that he needed to be fluent in any foreign language except Spanish, so all those years of learning Spanish didn't help. So now he wants to be a cage fighter in the MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)!!!!!!! Nah, he's kidding, but he is heavily involved in MMA. Well, he's waiting on the CIA, and the next plan is the State Department. No foreign language is required for analysts. He's not too bummed about it, altho he really loves the FBI, but he's ambitious, and already forging on. Artie, you're not doing your job, hun. There are some changes to be made on your master list!  Impeachment may be on the way!

I'm a lot like Pres Bush, I heard he has taken over 800 vacation days in the last 8 years. Something like 30 odd precent of his time off......That's the way I roll.

Could Chad take a course in another language?!?!?!? Couldnt hurt! Sorry to hear he didnt get the job, but glad to hear that he isnt going to be a cage fighter in the MMA.
I will keep my fingers crossed for the other two positions!! Marla, sorry about the cold, but probably your fault.. Kara must have learned to share from SOMEONE!!! lol I wont mention any names.. but I have an idea...

Sorry about Chad's job. I always tell Claudia and Owen if something doesn't work out it wasn't meant to be, and something better always comes along.
So if Chad wants to join the Nova Scotia MMA, he can move up to our house. We bought a trampoline for Owen at Costco this summer, one with a mesh "cage". Much to the dismay of the little girls in our neighborhood it has degraded into a "cage match" arena where three or four 8 year olds beat the crap out of each other. I am considering setting up bleachers, selling beer and setting up a bookmaking operation. We may have trouble finding someone in Chad's weight class, but I think I know a couple of beefy 10 year olds.
