I think those were the original YOAMD decorations, which would've been gone for the Halloweenie decorations when we were there.

Rue de Petit
I took this on my first trip in 2001. It's on Rue de Petit in France in EPCOT World Showcase across from Pastisserie Boulangerie. It was almost sunset and the light was soft enough to showcase the texture of the building but also capture the light from the lamppost.
