This is really quite pretty. Were they doing a special promotion? Or was that just an everyday decoration at that time?

I think those were the original YOAMD decorations, which would've been gone for the Halloweenie decorations when we were there.

I took this on my first trip in 2001. It's on Rue de Petit in France in EPCOT World Showcase across from Pastisserie Boulangerie. It was almost sunset and the light was soft enough to showcase the texture of the building but also capture the light from the lamppost.
