Beach Club in December??
Hi - we are now thinking of a stay at the Beach Club mid December next year.
Our boys will then be 6 and 3 - is it going to be warm enough for the pool - or are we better off saving this hotel for when we visit WDW in the warmer months??? I love the idea of walking to Epcot/boat to DHS - but the big draw for the children is likely to be the pool - but will we really be using it??!! ![]() And do they do the campfire/movies this time of year??

The weather is very unpredictable in Florida between December and February... One day you're out in a sleeveless top and sweating buckets, the next you have to buy gloves or risk losing your fingers to frostbite
That said we've been in December 3 times and always used the pools. Either way the BC is a great resort to stay at any time of the year!

We were down 2 years ago the first week of December and it was chilly. The days really did not go over high 60's and the night of the MVMCP is was 40's. There was no way as adults we were going in the pool but then nothing stops kids!

I have been down at Disney in December when we were wearing winter coats and gloves on Monday, and in bathing suits swimming on tuesday. December weather is unpredictable. If the main reason you are going is for the pool, I would choose a time that is "guranteed" to be hot.
