Just had to post my excitement......I just hung up with the Lodge. One week from today, yes, one short week and God willing I will be standing at the check in desk with my hubby to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary......We are unable to go in August and are leaving Friday...........:D :D . The Lodge is my favorite place on earth. i may not get to do much in the parks this time as my knee is really bad but I could be happy just looking out at that lake and sitting in the spa. Hubby is threatening to rent me a scooter...We shall see....Fact is I am going........Anybody know the cost of a massage there??

Don't quote me but I did some massage pricing for when we're there...and I THINK the WL massage was 50 minutes for 90 bucks. We're decided to get the couples massage at GF that's 50 minutes for 245.00

I'm right there with RATPACK in sending out a great big thank you to you KIMMAR067 for starting, and really carrying this thread through! When 999ghsts left and AsMickey was not around as much, you stood up and helped very many of us Disers plan our magical vacations! You really deserve a lot of Pixie Dust from us all! And I can't wait to see what questions the new thread will bring!!

It goes like this on every trip. We always try to pack and set-aside early. But....... Leaving for the Lodge tomorrow! My wife has the "packing up, don't miss anything, pre-trip" jitters. We will scream down the driveway when the kids get off the bus Thursday. Our first trip to the WL is upon us! YIPPEE! I promise to relax...once I get there.

Small voice from the back: "Are we there yet?"

Ohhhh August cant come fast enough!!! Artemus you are giving me the chills reading your post, Dh and I cant wait. I think somedays we are worse than the 3 kids. LOL

Kimmar Thank you so much for all you have done to keep this thread going. Dh and I were at WL for our honeymoon in 96, however, I for one can say that we still learn something new all the time from this thread Thanks again!!
