Gluten/Egg/Wheat-Free Waffles with Nitrate-Free Ham

It's my first day of eating my new diet (went to the doctor the other day, turns out I'm allergic to guten and egg yolks and wheat and a bunch of other things) and it was pretty tasty.

To drink...water... eat... crackers... I had to share both with Jose especially the crackers, he particularly likes the Goldfish crackers. Come to find he is a big fan of cheese whiz on a triscuit... ah how we have same and similar tastes......
