I just returned from WDW the end of Jan. I didn't stay at this resort, but had the plesure of touring it. I am returning to WDW in 2013, for the 20th anniversary of the marathon, and plan to spend at least 4 nights there. What a beautiful and charming resort.

More pictures please.

As much as all those photos are truly beautiful .... You would never believe the beauty when you see it all in person. I remember taking photos there at such awesome beauty that I kept tearing up a bit just looking at the beauty of the place.

You will love it there !!

No, I have never seen it in person. My son & I go once a year & have always stayed at the value resorts & are always so busy going "commando" style thru the parks, that we have not taken the time to enjoy & tour this resort. But now my son is older & we want to enjoy the beach, the little boats you can rent (2 seaters), & just sit back & relax on the boat ride to the Magic Kingdom. We have looked at all the sites out there with photos, Trip Advisor, All Ears, ....... We are both just so excited, we can't sit still. And best of all, we get to soak it all in during the Christmas decorations/holidays. We arrive 11/30 thru 12/07/08. Please share any photos you may have, inside, outside, room photos, bathroom,...... We will take anything.

Thank you both for the great photos. I love the beach photo & the photos of the beds. I always love the room photos- the beds, refrigerator, bathroom--- the place where your head will be sleeping to enjoy it all the next morning!

If anyone ever needs photos for Pop Century, I have tons of those uploaded under a Pop Thread. I promise when we return home to Texas on 12/08/08, I will return the gracious replies I have received with plenty of photos of my own. Hopefully we will continue to get MORE photos of Wilderness Lodge for all the other addicts out there.

okay it's official.............i'm soooooooooooooooooooooo staying there. Just not telling dh how much it costs...

I deserve a nice vacation, haven't had one in 4 years. I'm getting so excited.

We will be at VWL 11/27-12/06, so we will be there about the same time!!! The Christmas decorations will blow you away!
Be sure to take in the sleigh ride at the lodge, it is well worth it!!

Great time of year to go, we always go the 1st or 2nd week of December (always choosing the non-PopWarner week) & this is our first stay at Wilderness Lodge.

Thanks for the tip, hopefully we can keep this thread going & get even more photos!

There is a sleigh ride too??? We are going Dec. 7-Dec. 13 and have a bunkbed courtyard view at the WL. It will be my 6 year olds first trip to Disney. I am just loving the Christmas pic's!!! Does anybody have more? I can't wait to get there!!!!!
