figures! I've debated the dining plan for years and when I finally decide to purchase it this year, the entire thing goes to pot! Not only will I have to pay for the tips and appetizers now, but I had planned to use the snack credits for breakfast - cereal, milk, bagels, muffins etc at the resort cafeteria!

You can still get those items with your credits just not a bag or 1/2 gallon of them anymore.

While waiting around at Disney Studios by Rock and Roller Coaster area - I thought some might be interested in the picture - Most every menu I saw had the DP signaling the Disney Dining Plan items!!

I dont have the prices but at Animal Kingdom the Yak and Yeti outdoor CS place has an egg roll and fried rice listed as snack items. (again, the menu boards are clearly marked - but having the list on page one is a great place to plan!! Thanks for the thread!!)

Also we had gelato at Beach Club Marketplace - both the small and the large were DDP Snack items!! THE BEST Bargain imho - gelato!! (my first time ever eating gelato, and its NOTHING like sherbet - what my mom didnt know!!) (oh and they gave us samples before we tried it!! we sampled each of their choices!!)

Thanks for your post! The photo is helpful, this will be our 1st year on the DDP, it looks pretty easy to identify items!

We just returned and had a great time with snack credits. Our resort was Music.

Muffins for breakfast
chili cheese fries
salad
fruit bowl
gravy buscuits
figaro fries (MK)
Smoothie (MK)

There are five of us. Several days we needed a light lunch. We got two orders of chili cheese fries, two salads and a bowl of fruit and split everything. It was a nice snack lunch.

We really used the snack credits to fill in the missing meals. We only paid one meal oop.

Last time we went we stayed at POR and we used a snack credit on the
ice cream sandwich where you picked your own cookies from 3 or 4 choices and then your own ice cream flavor from several choices. The ones we had you could feed a small army with.

Please tell me you can still do that.

Also is there any other places that do this?

I'm hungry for one right now.

They are on the plan at Aloha Isle in MK....don't know about the Poly.
