This has been a very helpful thread. I am trying to plan our trip in June and want to get the most for our money.

Still haven't told DD6 or DD5

Trying to keep a secret.

I didn't notice on the list. They use to have the individual packs of the mickey Shortsbread (butter cookies) do they still have them?? Last year I didn't notice any individual packs, but wasn't looking...noticed the plaid tins, though. I would assume they would be on plan, as they are a single serving pack. They would definately be a good one for me family!!

Has anyone tried to download this info onto their Palm Pilot? I would like to take this info with me without having a ton of papers & just waondered - kuods to the person who put it all together - you rock!

I do not have a palm but what I do is delete all the places I know we will not be visiting & then change the doc into columns. It should end up being 2 pages.

I noticed that CBR doesn't have a list yet, so figured I'd post what I remembered. (We just got back ...)

From the Grab-n-Go:

Bowl of Grapes
Bowl of Mixed Fruit (Can't remember if they called it "salad" or not)
Container of Strawberries
Plain Cheesecake
Swirl Cheesecake
Chocolate Cake
Carrot Cake

From Calypso Trading:

Vanilla? Granola (sorry, ate it and tossed the package)
2 oz. Tubs of Cotton Candy
Coated Crisped Rice Treats
the 4 oz. big cookies
2 oz. box of Character Cookies

Ok, I am trying to see if my DxDDP is going to be worth it. re: the snack list in the beginning of the thread: Are these really the snacks that are DDP approved? Do you need to ask which snacks we can pick from when we get in the restaurant or are they marked? I won't be able to remember all these. Also, are the restaurants marked on the outside somewhere that they are part of the DDP?

These are snacks that we have found thoughout the parks and resorts. They will not be available inside TS restaurants. Most of the items in the parks are marked with the DP symbol and the resorts usually group the snack options near eachother and the shelf will have a DP symbol.

Disney's official brochure will show a very limited list of items. I started this list to help others enjoy the many additional snacks that are available.

just going through the list to start thinking about our possible snack choices and how to use that for our advantage to spend as little OOP on food as possible there.

I had read before on the previous list at the Poly the Dole Whips were on the snack list. Is that not the case anymore?

Only other thing I noticed not listed is any choices anymore for Pizzafarri at AK, not a confirmed dinning choice as of now, but trying to keep it all straight.

AFAIK both have not been confirmed for 2008.

Aloha Isle is the original place to get Dole Whips in the Magic Kingdom. It's just over the bridge to Adventureland.

And that's where they let you use your snack credits for the Dole whips? Is this usual?

I can't say if it's unusual for 2008, but in 2006 & 2007 I was able to use snack credits to buy Dole Whip (cup or cone), as well as a Dole Whip float (Pineapple soft serve with pineapple juice). The float costs more than the regular Dole Whip but is my preferred treat at the MK. This was at Aloha Isle in Adventureland at the MK.

We were able to get both the Dole Whip (cup or cone) as well as the Dole Whip float just last month on the 2008 DDP as snacks.
