Now I don't know much about computers, but could the PDF file not be posted here so that people could download it themselves. Would save PurpleEars a lot of work and make sure that no one got missed who's asking for it.
Mind you I don't know how you would go about doing it, but perhaps a person who is more computer savvy would know how to do it.

Just a suggestion.

I wish there was a way. At the same time, like I said before, I consider this a "beta version" of the file so I want to attach a disclaimer to such an effect when I send people the file.

I was able to upload the recipe file emailed to me by PurpleEars, who has given me permission to share the link. The file can be found here. To download your copy, go to the File menu and click Download. It should be self-explanatory from there.
