I've been wondering the same thing, with many posts asking for it, but never seeing a thank you for the file. At times, the requests seem to overtake the requests for recipes

The recipe thread is updated as people post recipes or request new ones, it was the old index that has been abandoned for a new one, however that hasn't been updated recently.

ASIAGO RANCH CHICKEN
Hollywood & Vine

10 Chicken Breast
To Taste Season Salt
1 Cup Ranch Dressing
1 Cup Shredded Asiago Cheese
1 Cup Panko bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/4 Cup Parsley, chopped

Season each side of 3 oz. piece chicken, cook on grill until internal
temperature of 165 degrees. Place cooked chicken on a half sheet tray.

Mix Asiago cheese and ranch dressing together and place on top of
chicken and bake until melted.

Mix bread crumbs, butter and parsley and place on top of melted cheese
mixture and place under high broil on the oven until golden brown.

Does anyone have the recipe for the strawberry cream cake at Les Chefs de France? We had it last week, and it was amazing! But I can't find much reference to it online, let alone a recipe.

I just want to say thank you to everyone who posted their recipes and tips over the years. I am not sure if the pdf file project was ever completed, but I am happy to report that I have one that could be shared at this point. The warning is that while best efforts were made to capture everything correctly, there are probably mistakes!

Edit: I was hoping I could send the file to people via pm, but it does not appear to be supported. Please pm me your email address if you would like a copy of the file. Thanks.

OMG I just received the pdf file. I can't believe it is 1780 pages. WOW. I can't imagine how much time this project took.

Glad that you got the file without any problems. Just an FYI - the links in the table of contents (the beginning of the file) and the index (the end of the file) should work to help you navigate around the file.
