changing plans?
How often do you change your plans before your trip? How do you keep everything straight?

I booked our trip almost a full year in advance. Mad a plan based on last years EMH's, etc. Then this year's schedule was posted so I had to change things a bit. Made my ADR's at 180 days. Still tweaking a few plans here and there but basically we are set. I type our plan in Word and change as needed. It is a guideline when we are there. We sometimes change our minds but overall I think we stick to the plan. Especially this year since we have Deluxe Dining and all those ADRs!

Since Disney has elected not to post the November hours I have few plans to change. When (or If) they ever post them, I can make some plans to change.

BoardWalk Inn, The Disney Insitute, Polynesian Resort, Contemporary Resort, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Port Orleans Riverside and the French Quarter. No visit to WDW planned at this time. |

I don't usually make too many changes. For this trip the only thing I've had to change is the way we are going to tour the parks. That will probably change again and again before we go once the kids pick their top 5 rides.
I don't want to mess with my ADR's since I'm happy with the times and dates.

I change things constantly (especially from 3-7 months out. After that things are pretty set) and keep track of everything in Excel Spreadsheets.
