Yes, Thats right! VMK has come out with a new download for all of us VMK players. I just downloaded it and it's very nifty. It's pretty much a VMK newsletter, calender, updates, and other downloads right on your desktop. Basically it's like visiting the VMK Homepage, but in a more compact way on your desktop.

Inside the VMK Communicator you will find NEW VMK Desktop Backgrounds and Screensavers also!

Not bad little feature. What is nice is under the settings you can have it pop up a message when Newsletter information is updated. Beats going to the mainpage and checking everytime.

It seems like it is just like the Disneyland Dashboard I have installed. It has a small popup in the corner of the screen whenever there is something new. Its cool and I love it. Now let's see VMK use this to give us new info and updates when its time cause its a nice little bonus that I would hate to see wasted.

Thanks for letting us know it was there.

i know all i have is the nemo pin from the game... it stinks because i wanna try the yeti game haha

The screensavers and wallpapers are kinda cheesy (I dont tend to use the word ' cheesy ' in a bad way... however this time it's an exception

) . The wallpapers are just pictures of the maps and pictures of some testers in different rooms wearing different outfits. The screensaver is just a slideshow of all the wallpapers.

I'll still use the crystal ball screensaver

LOL I was looking at those and wasn't impressed. I have a nice wallpaper of Disneyland at night during the holidays. Its a really cool shot of the castle at an angle with the Matterhorn in the background. If I change that it will have to be something really great to make me want to. LOL And I don't even use screensavers so they are pointless for me. I was wondering what they had for it so thanks for the info on their screensaver.

That VMK Communicator thing rocks. Now maybe I can change my homepage from the VMK website... xD

Is anyone downloading this? I did and I thought it was pretty usefull. But if you check the newsletter everyday...it would be AS usefull.
