Now see they told me they update around 2:00PM on Tuesday and Thursday but that has not been accurate the past 3 - 4 weeks! I have yet to see them "pull" a contract off the website when it is sold - the only time it leaves is when they actually update the entire website!

Nope, I am sure this is mine. The listing number is the same & the contract has a unique number of banked points. OKW230-12-0111-1 Has never been pulled from their site. Though they do update their listings as pending they have so many it "muddies the water" when searching for available contracts. Especially if they leave contracts on as longs as mine.

I followed up with TSS and was told, "Looks like an error on our end so I am having our admin staff delete that. Thanks for the heads up." Apparently Sale penings should be pulled from their site, "...when the deposit check arrives from the buyer." In my case that should have been 2/1/13.

I will say, this caused me no harm and my dealings with TSS have been very positive and I find them to be extremely responsive. Would recommend them.

We used Fidelity when we purchased our resale last year....contacted them twice this week about buying an add on and have yet to get a reply. Guess they won't be getting my business again this year.

I really don't like that Fidelity does not update their website. They have contracts listed that sales are already pending. Seems like it would be easier to update the website than to people wondering whether stuff is available or not? Probably would give their sales staff more time to make more sales instead of answer whether something is available or not. Very frustrating if you are a buyer!

How was your experience with them last year? I'm trying to figure out which of the resale companies are the easiest to work with. In the market for an add-on.

Any of the 3 -4 major resellers are fine to work with. I like Time Share Store since they are fully staffed 7 days a week and are great to work with. I have also worked with Fidelity we just found better priced contracts (on many occasions) and its been fine, although they do charge a 195.00 fee to buyers, but still they have deals. I have been working with them over the past month and found it much better then a few years ago. Find the contract that works for you and go from there. Good luck

Last year they were fantastic! Quick service and fast response time. This year I have tried now 3 times and heard NOTHING back!
