I went to work.
Had a productive day.
Pretty busy.
Did NOT give into the birthday goodies sitting at work.

Ate some strawberries.
The day went fast.
Came home and changed and got the trash out before we forgot.
Cooked some dinner.
Ate just enough to tide me over.

.....................................

.......and then there was Zumba.

Did you know that my arms weigh 50 lbs. each?

Did you know that the backs of my thighs have muscles?

I DO!!

Sweat is good. Exercise is good. Eating right is good.

Turkey mac for dinner from the Hungry Girl cookbook. Yum.

Ouch.

My legs are awake --- or should I say --- "a-ache".

Funny how last week it took me a day and a half to feel something in my legs. Last night after Zumba I could feel it within the hour in my arms AND legs. Perhaps I was able to do the moves more correctly and therefor more efficiently for the burn?

Woohoo! Good job keeping up with the Zumba! Even though your legs are aching now I am sure they will thank you later.

Why is this taking so long?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

So after I dropped youngest DD at her chorus practice I toddled off to the gym. Hoping to boost my weight loss. I have to beat someone else to Onederland!

.2 lbs in 2 days is not slow! Just remember the slower it comes off the less likely it will be gained back fast. Also remember muscle weighs more than fat. So you may be losing inches.

Also don't worry about beating me. Once I hit 190s I always plateau, I can get down to 190s pretty easy then it gets really hard. So you will probably lap me once we get to Onderland.

Well I know my body is shaped differently according to my clothes......

And beating you to Onederland is just me being me. I gots issues......

You can still beat me. You could have a woosh of a 2 lb loss and I could not lose anything. Entirely possible. Good luck!!!
