Experience with broker?
Hi all, I see lots of posts about Fidelity and TTS. Has anyone used sellmytimesharenow.com? I would like to hear your experiences if you have. They have a smaller contract I would be interested in. Thank you!

We were also interested in one of their small contracts...had two weeks of chasing them down, finally told us it was spoken for, and he would call us back in a few hours after he checked his inventory...one month later we are still waiting for that call.

If it's been so long and protracted of an experience ,is it the contract you're really looking for?

Interesting... Hard to believe sellers would even bother listing with them if they are this incompetent!

Sorta, Good price loaded contract and the UY we were looking for. It just made it thru ROFR and she never called. Inept, slow, disrespectful of time. Now just have to get the contract executed. Latest is they sent closing papers with wrong amount. Note sure what they get paid but really have been disappointed with them.

I don't think they know I think they just search like you did to buy when they are ready to sell. I sure didn't think to ask here for advice. Wish I had.

My limited dealings with them left me wondering how they are in business. Communication is non-existent. They know NOTHING about the deeds they have for sale and literally took them over 2 weeks just to get me an answer on the Use Year of a deed for sale. That was after I called back numerous times. I would NEVER deal with them.

In 2008 I bought my first resale with them, it took around 4 months to close.
Eventually, things worked out but they had no clue how to do a disney resale. They will not run away with your money so you don't have to worry about that, but they are so slow. |

They still don't have a clue. Spoke to a senior broker who told me the norm is 3 months as disney takes 30 days on ROFR and 30 days to get it into system so with closing and normal delays in getting contracts from both parties that 90 is pretty quick and most are more than 90 less than 120 days. Still working my way thru. Title company seemed on top of it but who knows. Just wired my money to them yesterday after the contract was corrected.

![]() One would think that a contract agreed to 12/21 executed in 1/9 would be enough cushion. We will see what happens. That would be less than 2 months in a busy time of the year. So again I would use someone else with more experience. |

That was my intention but there is nothing I can do at this point other than hopefully steer others down another path. Anywhere other than SSR improbable but not impossible? SSR may even be booked that late in the game. Hoping things work out for us.

Just noticed you are from Michigan. I grew up in Brighton and moved to Texas years ago. Just got back from Rogers City visiting my Mom. GO BLUE!
