The Saga is Over
We got an email today saying we closed on the contract today. 100 days of fun from start to finish. I'm so thankful its over and we're done buying for now! I did put in a call to the seller's probate attorney today to let him know what was up and why it took so long. I didn't want to jeopardize it going through before hand but Fidelity should get ready to hear from him!
