I see Yak & Yeti Counter Service on the list, but not the table service restaurant. Has it been taken off the dining plan since last year?

It's there. Remember that table service restaurants and counter service restaurants are listed separately.
The current mug is the same one that's been offered since February 2011 - the characters at poolside.

Hi All. I'm not sure if or where this has been answered but does the Standard Dining Plan include appetizer at the Table Service restaurants?
I have the plan that includes 1 Quick Service, 1 Table Service, and 1 Snack. Thanks in advance for your help! |

No appetizer on the regular plan, except certain fixed price meals.

DDP is definitely accepted at Mickey's Backyard Barbecue. 2 credits.
And it is listed on the same brochure that you linked. It is in the Dinner Shows category, under Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. Remember that on the newest brochure, the quick service, table service, signature restaurants and dinner shows are all listed separately from each other. Used to be they were all grouped together as either quick service or table service.

Best meal plan
OK so my boyfriend and I are going to disney world in september and I'm curious as to which meal plan is the best value for 2 adults. He is in the military and I was also curious if we would get a military discount on the meal plan. Any pointers?

We were able to get the free quick service dining plan when we stayed at one of the All Stars last October. But I haven't seen any free dining plan offers online since then. Does anyone know if they have stopped offering it?

It is still unknown if the FD days are over. Only time will tell but there will still be some great discounts.

September maybe?
I saw on another post that sometime in Sept there is free dining.
Can you add dining onto your tickets once you get to Disney or do you have to do it ahead of time? We don't know if we want to do the Dining plan or not but have reservations for hotel, etc. |

Hi does anyone have any guesses at when 2014 DDP prices will be released and what they might be? i.e how much of an increase on 2013 prices!
Thankyou ![]() Claire

If you already have a package reservation at a Disney resort including the room plus the tickets you can add dining to it at any time. If you are interested in the free dining promotion you must have a package of at least 3 nights including the room plus at least 2 day park tickets. Call on May 9 and ask to have the promotion. You may have to change resorts or room categories if the one you've already booked is not available with the promotion. If you have a room-only reservation at a Disney resort you will have to make it a package (including park tickets) before you can use a dining plan. If you have already purchased the tickets separately from the room, you still have to add tickets to a room package to get dining. If you want to add a dining plan to a package you must do it no later than 3 days before you arrive. If you want to convert a room-only reservation to a package you should do that no later than 6 days before you arrive. You can't add a dining plan when you get there.

Are the prices listed on this thread the entire price or will taxes be added? If taxes are added, does anyone know what the percent is? Thank you.
