ADRs at Be Our Guest
I know this is an outrageously stupid question!! But any advice on obtaining ADRs for April 7th through April 20th.
Id left it way too late for anything available on website or calling Dining res.  Just wondered if any advice whilst in resort?  TIA x

I would just keep checking everyday. Stuff gets cancelled all the time. I was looking for one last reservation for our next trip and finally scored it by taking a look for it everyday.

A bit of advice ... be very nice to your Dining rep. It helps to start out with a light-hearted admission like, "I know this is probably crazy, but is there any possibility that there's a cancellation at Be Our Guest that I can grab?" This lets the rep know that you're not ignorant, that you're fully aware of how tough it is to get in, and that you're fully prepared for the disappointment. He or she will be more relaxed--they all want to please you, you know--and less pressured.
If you call up with a flat, assertive, "Yes, Be Our Guest, party of five, tomorrow night," the dining rep will feel undue pressure and probably become very upset with him or herself after the call is over, thus affecting his or her ability to be magical for the next caller. |

Ive tried that on a few occasions! Last time I said , "Now I know you're going to laugh..but Im calling on the extreme off chance there may be a cancellation anytime in 13 nights"?.....they laughed  I laughed too!!lesley x

I did that on August 20th last year. AHHH the memories of August 20th. I told the rep i wanted a ressie in December for The Wave LOL we both laughed. But on another note i changed my ressie at BOG after trying for months and i got one the day before we left. You need to quit your job and dedicate yourself to this LOL Just kidding. The magic can happen to you too if you just believe.

Just keep checking everyday and every few hrs. I will be there in April as well and the WDW agent told me just to stalk the system!! lol So thats what I'm doing
