We love WPE. Best counter service ever.

We talked about this on facebook. We got a little snow, some thunder snow, a BUNCH of hail, Some sunshine and then more snow. None of it really stuck here. Crazy weather to be sure. I hope your Palm Trees hold up !!

Can't wait to see the surprise.

Susan
Susan if you find an easier way to maneuver things over there please let me know.

WPE creme brulee is some of the best stuff on the planet!

The trees are still green so that's good. Now, if spring will hurry along and heat the place up, for good, I will be happy.

Well thank you. I appreciate that. I think you will be satisfied with the pictures we have planned to go up. There's a ton of them.

Thank you. It's been a while on this board, but I think I can finish this one up. Thanks for stopping by. Nice to "see" you again.

We hit on Ariel a tad bit too. The colors were so beautiful they gave me goosebumps. Your baby is going to love that! My kids still love to decorate the windows when we go. They get so excited picking things out to put in them. I hope you will share pics too when ya'll do your surprise.

Same here. We might end up on the same cruise when all is said and done. You never know. We always plan things last second, as you can tell, which is good and bad. Depending on what it is.

Nikki just asked me if Anna knew about the cruise. She didn't want to mention it if it was a surprise.

Oh, how long was the walk from the food court to your LM room?
The walk may have been 5 minutes but you walk through the Lion King section to get there so it feels like an instant.

Tonight! At least some of it, if not all of it. Thank you for posting.

Surprise!!! 1/2

We arrived back at our room after dinner at Downtown Disney. We had hoped to shop for a little bit, but that didn't happen. We had to choose dinner or the Lego store. After an 8 hour drive the choice was easy - dinner!

How we managed it I don't know, but this was still a top secret surprise that only Sidney and I knew about. Caison loves to open the room when we get back with the key card, so we had the cameras ready to go. (I still haven't watched the video) He walks into this.

Caison's theme was classic Mickey. Black, yellow, and red.

Look at this! My heart melts when I look at this picture.

This was the best night of Caison's life (so he tells me at least once a week). He has asked at least 100 times, "Can we do that again for my next birthday?"

He thought this was the neatest thing ever. I could not stop smiling at him. It was better than Christmas morning.

Look at this one....one of my favorite pictures!

Most of this stuff I found on clearance at Target or the Disney Store. He didn't care that it was little inexpensive things, he just could not believe Mickey came by and left all this stuff for his birthday! (He would thank Mickey every time he saw him...cutest thing ever.)

Surprise!!! 2/2

Whoa! A little Mickey!!!!

This was one happy little boy!

We're forgetting something...look what Mrs. Leanne made for you!!! If you want personalized Disney shirts she is your go to girl! Everything she has made for us has been super cute and made well. We love her.

This child was so grateful. He said thank you a million times to us and Mickey as well as anyone else who would listen. It was the perfect surprise party, and I don't think we could ever top it.

As I mentioned earlier Caison and Nikki both skipped out parties in 2012 so they could have a special Disney experience. It's not over just yet. There's more surprises awaiting a special area...I think this is a good place to stop for the night.

WOW! What an awesome surprise! I smiled through all the photos, Caison is just beaming, what a happy kid he is. The room looks great, your DH did a great job.

I'm massively impressed that you a lid on this (and whatever else you had in that magic trunk of birthday goodness). My kids don't know yet that we're planning an October trip. We have been here in Ireland 2 years and the kids haven't been back to the States yet, so it's going to hard to keep things quiet.

Yeah! Another Tammy and family trip report!

Looking forward to the wonderful stories and the great pictures. I always love your trip reports. Fourteen nights! I could not even imagine. How wonderful.

The surprise you pulled off was amazing. I am sure it will be remembered forever.

I loved your comment about the Cozy Cones. We just returned from a last minute quickie trip to DLR. I just loved the Cozy Cones out there too!

Looking forward to more updates. Don't keep us waiting too long.

It would be a lot of fun if you guys did end up on the cruise with us! I'm sure the girls would have a lot of fun together. Anna knows about the cruise, but it was so thoughtful of Nikki to make sure!!

I just sent a reply to the email you sent, but my email is being weird, so let me know if you don't get it.

Right now we're in the process of getting 15-20 inches of snow......I HATE SNOW! However, it does mean that the girls got out of school early today and get to stay home with me tomorrow, so I can't really complain about that

When I'm excited about something it's so hard to keep a secret. I was so proud of myself. lol Caison was so excited. He thought Mickey was still mad at him because Minnie had flirted with him on the previous trip. We told him everything must be good now. It was hilarious.

Ireland..... Ahhh. Pretty.

I think those long trips are done, at least my oldest son thinks so. I guess he's at that age where he wants to do all this kind of stuff with his friends, not the family.

The surprise you pulled off was amazing. I am sure it will be remembered forever. Sure will. We even made a photobook for him from Shutterfly. I will have to show ya'll.

I'm doing a new one tonight after I shower up and get ready for bed!

I loved the colors. I was surprised to find that Mickey ribbon. They had it at Michael's and I had a 50% off coupon too! Win win!

I hate snow more! (At my home) I don't hate snow, I just hate snow here. Make sense? I honestly could not live somewhere where it snowed all the time. I would freeze and never leave the house. It was in the upper 50's today and I was freezing. I am so ready for spring. Woo hoo for the snow day!!! Do they go out and play in it or do you just sit inside and watch Disney movies all day?

It's not over yet!

When I left you all I had just finished up Caison's big surprise. Well, as I mentioned earlier my daughter also gave up her birthday party for a special Disney surprise. Although she was happy for her baby brother, we could see that she was a little upset. This is our gift happy kid. She is forever making us little gifts, cards, etc on a daily basis. She has a heart of gold and is very crafty.

So we let Caison open all of his goods and we waited for the perfect time to lure her into the Ariel bathroom. I can't remember exactly how we did this, but we got her in there. Inside the tub was!!!

She was thrilled!

She already knew what this shape would bring about, and she loved them!

A lot!

I believe these may have been her favorite things of all. She loves dolls!

Clothes! She loves new clothes, but what girl doesn't?

Her other favorite toy....Friends Legos!

This scarf I had ordered for myself, but she loved it! I pretended to return it to the store a few weeks before our trip. She was really upset about it too. When she opened the gift and found it she flipped out!

She loved everything!

I loved shopping for the Ariel colors. The packages turned out better than I could have imagined. I love the way they look together. This stuff was even prettier in person. It was filled with glitter, even the black Mickey paper we used on Caison's gift boxes. We had glitter EVERYWHERE! Not one time did they question the glitter on our faces, in our hair, or all over the floor.

Christian had a big party back in April but we didn't want him to feel left out. We bought him a couple of Vinyl Mickey's and a Monster Lego set. He was more than pleased.

It was now time for bed. It had been a very long day. We were all worn out. Night one was done, complete. A definite success! Was there any way day #2 could outdo that first night?

Anna is sitting here looking at pictures with me. She really enjoyed seeing all the pictures of Nikki with her presents . She loves the pictures from Art of Animation and now wants to stay there sometime. That might work because even though we're DVC, some of our friends have talked about us all going together, and they would have to stay value to stay on property, so we just wouldn't use points for that trip. They have 5 kids, so they would probably have to do one of the family suites. Have you seen any of those rooms?

We are at 13 inches of snow as of about 8 this morning, and they have already cancelled school again tomorrow.

I would love to use those colors somewhere in the house. I'm thinking laundry room to add some bling. I've seen a lot of people use that bright blue with white cabinets.

She loved everything. I think the scarf and Hello Kitty book shicked her the most. I forgot to tell ya'll, that Hello Kitty book was a journal she found at Target. It was a return and on clearance. I said, "Oooh, I could use that for planning." She thought I bought it for myself. Even asked me about a couple of times. Little did she know it was going to be hers the whole time.

Does she have a facebook account? You should set her one up. (Make it private/friends only) Nikki goes on there and plays games with her friends & they send messages back and forth. Sort of like the phone, but different.

We are planning to stay in an AOA suite in June. I'm waiting for a definite answer now. We'll see. I think we want to stay in CARS. You can always use up your points. One reason we never considered them. We like the resorts too much to give them up (plus we want to buy a house there eventually for vacation).

More snow? Another day inside watching Disney movies! NO DRIVING!

It does with all the sparkling. I still can't believe we kept the secret for a few weeks. I get too excited to hold the good stuff in. My kids always end up with their Christmas/Birthday gifts as soon as I wrap them. LOL
